Nice people better price's than other vets

Been a loyal customer for over ten years and always had 3-5 dogs. Took my cocker spaniel because of a swelling under the eye. They suspected an abscess behind one of her molar teeth and quoted me over £1200 to x-ray and remove the tooth and abscess and clean her other teeth. When I picked her up they said they couldn’t find anything and still charged me the full amount for teeth cleaning and 3 x-rays. My dog was not insured because of her age and what problems she’s has. Two weeks later she was worse than ever with a swollen face and eye looking infected so took her back to see a different vet and told they will ring me next day. No phone call. So booked with another veterinary practice I then rung them and they had completely forgotten about it. She’s now having another operation to remove the tooth and abscess that they missed. Absolutely disgusting service which I will be seeking legal advice on .

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Uxbridge Vets for the outstanding care, compassion and support they gave to me and my beloved Bella during an incredibly painful and heartbreaking time. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff treated Bella with genuine love, patience and dignity. They were gentle with her, reassuring with me, and made sure we both felt cared for in every possible way. Even in the most stressful and emotional moment, they spoke to us with kindness, explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or alone. Although my beautiful Bella sadly passed away, I know in my heart that the team at Uxbridge Vets did absolutely everything they could for her. They acted quickly, worked with real dedication and gave her the best chance possible. Their compassion in her final moments meant more to me than words can express. They made sure Bella was comfortable, peaceful and treated with so much respect right until the very end. Losing Bella has broken my heart, but I take comfort in knowing that she was surrounded by people who truly cared. The empathy, professionalism and humanity shown by the staff helped make an unbearable situation just a little easier, and I will never forget their support. To everyone at Uxbridge Vets, thank you. Thank you for your kindness, thank you for your tireless work and thank you for being there for Bella when she needed it most. Your dedication and compassion make a world of difference, and I am forever grateful for the way you cared for her. Bella was everything to me, and you gave her the dignity and love she deserved. Uxbridge Vets have been consistently excellent. The team is friendly, professional, and always ready to help—whether it’s a quick question or an emergency visit. They respond fast, explain things clearly, and genuinely care about your pet’s wellbeing. Appointments are easy to book, and the staff make every visit stress-free. You feel listened to, and your concerns are taken seriously. They don’t rush through consultations, and they follow up when needed. Highly recommended.

Lovely customer service. The appointments were pretty timely and overall felt very looked after. The staff are clearly very good at what they do and passionate about animal welfare. There are also parking spaces at the back if needed. Was quite expensive but that might just be vet stuff in general...

Excellent service! They always responded in a timely manner, always supportive and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even if it was just a concern we would like to discuss. Our cat was well looked after in each and every visit. Thank you Uxbridge Vets and Faye !

I had a very disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic. I brought my puppies in for their first round of vaccinations, which went fine. However, when I booked the second round, the receptionist told me to come back in three weeks as four weeks is Bank Holiday. I followed their instructions exactly, but when I showed up for the appointment, the vet told me it was too soon and they couldn’t administer the second dose. Instead, they suggested starting the vaccination process all over again with a different vaccine. This made me feel like they were more focused on making money than on the health and safety of my puppies. I was shocked at the lack of proper communication and professionalism. I didn’t want to risk my puppies’ well-being, so I left without going through with their suggestion. I won't be returning and would not recommend this clinic to others who truly care about their pets.

Very easy to make appointments online. At the same time they are good on the phone if you need to talk about things in more detail. Vet had a great rapport with our pet. A natural with animals. Highly recommended.
