Staff are friendly and helpful. Male vet was very friendly and helpful when seeing our cat. Prices are affordable compared to most vets. Booking appointments are pretty easy, and cancelling appointments too, even if it’s last minute. Cons: Waiting time is ridiculous. Only been in twice and both times waiting has been too long. Waited for an hour. The place itself is not well kept. Hair everywhere on the floor. Seats are worn out. It’s not well maintained. Receptionist staff have clashing advice - have been told different things by different receptionist staff causing a lot of confusion.

I travel over an hour some times to come to see Daniel I am always very pleased, appointments are accommodated in a good time frame , we have been coming for a number of years and had general check ups and dentist surgery. my animals have always been well looked after and I feel the cost of the treatments are reasonable compared to other vets I used in previous years. But most importantly I trust Daniel with my dog and I would highly recommend to anyone and well worth the drive & a few extra minutes waiting on the line to get through . :)

Amazing service…. Very helpful

Daniel is amazing. He helped our dog Babe go from what we thought were her last days to gaining weight and becoming far happier again. We drive over an hour for our appointments because we completely trust him with her care. He is by far the most knowledgeable vet we've ever seen and knows so much about greyhounds. Our previous vet recommended lots of expensive scans that would’ve been too intrusive for Babe in her old age, but Daniel has taken a much less invasive approach. Our visits are always affordable and we never feel pressured into unnecessary treatments. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for Babe — we can’t recommend My Vet 24-7 highly enough!

This used to be a great vet but they are now nothing but crooked con artists! The last 3 times I have visited they have told me a price and then tried to charge for services that haven’t even been provided! Today I have gone for my dogs vaccinations only to be told too late that they are now using a different vaccine that requires two visits, I asked if this meant another charge for the second visit and the vet says ‘maybe just a few quid’, then when I go to leave the receptionist tells me that I owe for a fictitious consultation last visit and a further £33 for top up vaccine next time! Do not use these crooks, they no longer give a damn about your pets and only want to rip you off as much as possible! They should be barred from practicing. Disgusting!

Daniel gave me some of his time & advice. The advice he gave me ended up being the correct treatment for my puppy Enzo without him having to go through an expensive operation. Thank you Daniel + the team at My Vet 24/7 !

Fantastic vet, staff amazingly friendly, always had excellent service and advice. Colham Park is a very short walk on the other side of the main road if required.

We’ve been seeing Daniel now with all our pets for over a decade, even after we moved some distance away! He is such a clever vet, always knows what is right for our dogs. All the staff at MyVet are so kind, helpful and caring. Our dogs are so lucky to have such good medical care when they need it!
