#1 Vet in Kensington and Chelsea, Greater London
Creature Comforts Notting Hill is part of the Creature Comforts brand, which the clinic website says operates multiple veterinary clinics. It treats dogs, cats and rabbits, and is listed as a veterinary nurse training facility.
Owners repeatedly mention an app for booking appointments and tracking pets’ needs/notes, plus a generally calm clinic environment (including comments that the waiting area often isn’t crowded). Clinically, reviews reference vaccinations, surgery, and ongoing cancer-related visits, with several people highlighting clear explanations and vets seeking approval before treatment. The website also states emergency care is available during opening hours, with an out-of-hours provider used when the clinic is closed.

Best vet clinic in London. We've been going to creature comfort since we got our puppy. Our a year ago. Our dog LOVES the vet team, even after a surgery and vaccines, he LOVES going there. The staff genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the dogs and you can tell. They are always kind and excited seeing our dog. There are never a lot of people / dogs in the waiting area, which is good as dogs can get quite nervous in tight spaces with other dogs. Super easy to schedule an appointment in the app as well.

We came in for a second opinion and it turned out to be absolutely the right decision. If we already had to resolve something, we are truly grateful that we found this place and we will definitely be staying with them moving forward. The kindness, professionalism, and overall organisation are outstanding. Everything feels calm, clean, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference when you are worried about your pet. I also absolutely love their app. It is beautifully designed, very clear, and allows me to easily track everything my dog needs, all in one place. Services like this are rare and incredibly valuable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Honestly the single greatest vet I have been to. Staff are welcoming and caring. Treatment has been transparent and realistic when it comes to diagnosis. They have taken great care of my cat. You can tell how kind the atmosphere is by the number of dogs on walks that drag their owners in voluntarily. They also have a monthly “plan” that has paid for itself with our cats (now frequent) cancer visits. It's been the best find. Much love to Drs Jake, Sam and Chloe for all their care. And to the reception staff who keep checking in. Ps, they have an app where you can drop in notes about your pets health and it's been really useful on those days where I wasn't sure what to do.

Jake at Creature Comforts in Notting Hill has treated both our dogs. His calm professionalism is welcome after a day’s worrying about the latest veterinary crisis. He always explains the nature of the problem and always seeks approval before treatment. Even the most excitable patient is calmer after treatment — the owner too!

I moved to London about a year and a half ago, and I’m honestly so happy I discovered this clinic! Every visit has been such a positive experience — the team is kind, professional, and truly cares about every animal. The service is always top-quality, and they make you feel welcome every time. Highly recommend to anyone with pets — you’ll be in great hands! 🐾

I can’t recommend Creature Comforts Vets in Notting Hill highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the team were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure my senior dog felt safe and comfortable throughout. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but also gentle and patient. The clinic itself is spotless, well-equipped, and has a calm, friendly atmosphere. It’s reassuring to know my pet is in such capable hands. Thank you for going above and beyond every time!

I take my dog to creature comforts in Westbourne park. The staff are amazing. They treat my dog Millie as though she was one of there own. The app is so easy to use and having appointments as and when required is great.

Wonderful vet! They were so kind and helpful especially as a new patient. Was able to easily make an appointment online and they were fast to see us on our scheduled time. Treated my boy with such good care and treats. He is normally shy of new people but instantly loved the vet and staff. Also got to interact with other lovely pets in the waiting room. Highly recommend!!

Our favourite vet in London. Love that Creature Comforts is an independent vet. They have a great app that is extremely easy to use for booking appointments. We signed up for the subscription, and it has been beneficial. My dog Bob loves going as he knows he will get fussed and treats. I love the waiting room with the great books and a cup of coffee or tea. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating to our needs. I can't recommend it enough.
