Vet in the City

Παρά πολύ εξυπηρετική η κτηνίατρος. Μας δέχτηκε χωρίς ραντεβού για επείγον περιστατικό αργά το βράδυ, ευγενικότατη, πολύ οργανωμένος χώρος και πολύ σωστή στη δουλειά της. Σας την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

I came in because my cat health was deteriorating and we had to euthanise him. I cannot recommend people enough to go to this place for your pets. They have genuine care and understanding with the way they speak or approach sensitive topics. They are honest and respectful even for people like me who struggle financially and I am so grateful to them.

My little girl had to have her anal glands removed, and as you can imagine, I was very nervous and expecting a nasty 3–4 day recovery. Her surgery was so well done that she really didn’t seem to suffer at all. It was so much easier than I expected. Of course, every case is different, and she is quite a stoic dog and not dramatic at all, but I was genuinely surprised by how well she recovered. She had previously been seen by Dr Martin and was then operated on by Dr Niven. They were both amazing, and the nurses were fantastic too. Reception is also super friendly, although they were quite slow to respond to my emails. As I was already worried, having to chase for replies did cause me some unnecessary anxiety. Overall, they do a great job, and I particularly appreciated that Dr Martin took the time to speak to me on the phone and explain everything. That was crucial for me. It’s refreshing to have that kind of understanding and reassurance rather than simply being told, “Book an appointment.” That call was fundamental in putting my mind at ease and giving me the confidence to go ahead with the surgery. I really hope they continue to offer that kind of personal approach, it makes a huge difference when you’re worried about your dog.

Great new vet clinic with modern equipment. Our vet Adam is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he always takes the time to explain everything. We’ve had a really good experience here and feel very comfortable bringing our dogs to this clinic :)

You simply won't find a better vet practice anywhere. Dr Niven and Dr Martin are kind, brilliant, thorough and we trust them with our menagerie implicitly! The nursing staff and reception staff are exceptional - we are always looked after to the highest of standards and I just can't thank them all enough. Veterinary care is ordinarily so hit and miss: expensive, contradictory, vague, rushed, impersonal. We brought our cat Lulu to Vet in the City for her spay surgery and vaccinations (care plan), and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. The entire team were incredibly professional and genuinely caring. Lulu recovered beautifully after her surgery, and the incision was remarkably small and clean. What stood out most was how much they truly care about the animals in their hands. This is a team you can absolutely trust with your fur babies. 🐾

Awful, inflexible vets. Rude staff, who are not well informed of procedures that adhere to the AHC. I asked for a refund and took my business somewhere else, who promptly booked me in on Tuesday morning (as requested owing to an early flight the next morning) It‘s stressful enough travelling with animals, without having to deal with people who lack compassion and act like they are doing you a favour when you are paying almost £200 for a service!
