RSPCA Hillingdon Clinic, located in Uxbridge, offers a range of veterinary services with an emphasis on professionalism and compassion. The clinic has a Google Maps rating of 4.2 stars based on 329 reviews, indicating generally positive feedback from a broad client base. This sizable number of reviews provides a reliable dataset for assessing the clinic's performance.
Customer feedback highlights both positive and negative experiences. On the positive side, reviewers frequently praise the clinic's professionalism and compassionate care. One customer expressed gratitude to a staff member named Julie for her swift action in rescuing an injured feral cat, citing her understanding and professionalism. Another review commended the clinic for promptly alleviating a dog’s health issues, while another highlighted the supportive care provided during a difficult euthanasia decision for pet gerbils, noting the staff's kindness and the affordability of services.
However, not all feedback is positive. A critical review described a distressing experience where a customer felt pressured over financial concerns when seeking care for an elderly dog, suggesting room for improvement in communication and sensitivity regarding financial matters.
In summary, RSPCA Hillingdon Clinic is appreciated for its professional service and dedication to animal welfare, with particular praise for individual staff members’ compassionate actions. While the vast majority of reviews are positive, there remains a need for consistent sensitivity, especially in discussions about treatment costs and difficult decisions regarding pet care.

I would like to say a big thank you, especially to Julie, who helped rescue a severely injured feral cat that ended up in my garden. I had called at least 10 different organisations, be it the mainline RSPCA, local vets, local charities and organisations that volunteer but none were willing to help/unable to; it was distressing to see how much pain the cat was in. After calling our local RSPCA Clinic, they got back to me and came to rescue the cat within half an hour. Thank you for all your help, understanding, professionalism and swift action. Angels

I had to sadly get my gerbils euthanised today & it was a very sad distressing thing to do especially not having the option to be there to support my beloved gerbils. I didn’t want to witness it but I would’ve liked to know I could’ve if I wanted to support them both during this time However the vet was very kind and reassured me very much that I had done a good job caring for My beloved buddy and shredder. I just thank there being an option for veterinary care for me at an affordable cost. Whoever this vet is please tell her thank you she was so kind and she made me feel like I done a good job caring for my gerbils. Thank you so much for being so helpful all of the staff and receptionists when I’ve called I’ve had help straight away when I’ve needed it thank you so much for your help throughout this journey of ill health with my gerbils and helping me at the end. I wish well for you all.
