Extremely poor service. Not sending reminders. I have to send a message to query the health checks. Paying monthly fees for just a monthly pill if so and a pill every six months if you are lucky.

Have been coming to Twickenham Vet for many years with multiple cats. Staff are always polite and friendly. Belong to the Healthy Pet Club. Well worth considering, as you pay a monthly subscription which covers vaccinations, flea and worming treatments, claw clipping and 6 monthly consultations.

The are no words to describe the quality of care that this veterinary surgery provides. They don’t only make your pet feel better but they take into consideration you as the owner as well. I have never had the privilege of meeting a nicer clinician and also his team, who I believe really go above and beyond for their patients. They have the biggest hearts and I would encourage everyone to bring their beloved pet to get taken care of at this amazing practice

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%
