I took my dog in for a routine procedure, but afterward she started acting unwell. I tried calling and emailing the clinic multiple times, but got almost no helpful response. I ended up rushing her to another vet to get proper care. It was stressful and scary—I felt completely on my own. The appointment itself was fine, and the reception staff were polite, but the lack of follow-up left me really disappointed.

I love that place , I was there first time with my Luna cat, who was previously in foster home with Protected Paws, who cooperate with The Vet in St Margarets. Service was amazing, without any problems. I received all advice from the vet as a first time cat owner. Highly recommend that place.

Great service with last minute appointment. As not my usual vet, they had retrieved my spaniel’s medical records from her usual vet. Very efficient and sent on our way with clear and concise advice. Can thoroughly recommend.
