Exceptionally rude older receptionist .She was unnecessarily rude all throughout our interaction.The vet herself was kind , knowledgeable and helpful, but the receptionist made our whole experience very uncomfortable and unpleasant in the end.

We're so fortunate to have found King Street Vets when we moved to Twickenham. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, are friendly, attentive, and it's clear they adore animals. Dr. Filipe and Dr. Vicky do a wonderful job of explaining potential diagnoses, procedures, etc., and they're transparent when discussing potential costs associated with treatment. When our dog recently fell ill and unfortunately passed, we were met with such compassion throughout the entire journey, and it was clear the doctors did everything they could to help.

We're so fortunate to have found King Street Vets when we moved to Twickenham. We have been using King Street Vets since they've opened, the care and attention they give is wonderful. Karmen is an amazing vet and everyone who I've dealt with at the practice have been brilliant. If you're looking for a vet in the area then please look no further, I cannot reccomend them enough.

This vets always provides the best they possibly can and I cannot recommend them enough. I needed to rush my dog in last night and the surgery jiggled appointments around to fit us in. Natascha knew the problem the minute she looked at Lottie and jumped straight into action. The vet and front of house teams looked after her (and us) and if it wasn’t for them, I don’t think Lottie would have made it through the night. They took so much stress away from us in that horrible situation, contacting the specialist on our behalf and keeping her comfortable while we awaited the blood results and I really cannot thank you enough. They really are the best vets around!

Karmen and all the team at King Street Vets are amazing. My two dachshunds, Sherlock and Watson having being going here for years and no matter what is happening you get a warm and friendly service that puts your mind at ease! I recently had Sherlock in for a checkup and my eight year old son came with me. When we left he said, I’d love to work somewhere like that when I’m older, everyone is so happy and kind. Never a truer word spoken. Thank you King Street Vets!

I can’t recommend King Street Vets enough. Vicky did an amazing job performing surgery on my hamster, Peanut, and the entire team were so kind, friendly and compassionate throughout. I felt Peanut was in really safe and caring hands the whole time which made leaving her for surgery a lot easier! I can’t thank the whole team enough for all their hard work.
