Enric and Harrison are fantastic and so are all the team I’ve ever had contact with at Medivet Twickenham. Calm, friendly and perfect for my nervous cat! The practice is easy to get too and if you can’t get parked up outside there are spaces on side roads nearby. I thoroughly recommend Eric and the practice.

I went to Whitton Medivets, where they were very welcoming. They genuinely care about the animals and explain everything well. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment, and they were so polite and friendly. They were so lovely to my nervous cat and didn't rush anything. I will always go to medivet, I trust them completely.

We went to Twickenham as our local Teddington one wasn't available for the treatment we needed at the time; and gosh am I glad we did. Such a different experience from Teddington Medivet. Enric cared for our pooch above and beyond, did not raise his voice, change tone and seemingly become angry at us (like happened at Teddington) when we discussed our concerns with various so called ''preventative'' animal medications. All FOH and BOH team were exceptionally friendly, caring, helpful and didn't try to up-sell us stuff we didn't need or have a go at us for feeding raw. They were also very helpful and understanding with navigating our pet insurance. Enric and the team explained aftercare in great detail and we left feeling confident and heard - also did excellent suturing on my pooch. Can't thank you all enough :)

As always my beautiful Cavalier King Charles received the most superb attention after getting a rather nasty gland cyst. Even though she has had various treatments she still adores going there and scratches the outer door down to get in when ever we pass. All the staff are simply professional, welcoming and worth their weight in gold.

I have never in all my time owning dogs (20 years) come across a better Vet (Enric)and receptionists! This practice is outstanding! Full of empathy and support in more ways than you can imagine! Nothing to much trouble! If there was 6 stars they would get them. My fur babies are in good hands with you guys! Enric knew exactly what was wrong when others couldn’t get to the bottom of the problem, he even asks after the pup that isn’t having an appointment! Thank you so much!
