My two cats have had a bit of an unlucky year with a couple of bouts of gastrointestinal issues and The Arc have fitted them in at top speed every time. The vets are very knowledgeable and give common-sense advice without upselling and the people who take the calls are friendly and supportive. I really appreciate that they’re only a short bus ride away, and it’s great they’re an independent vet. The standard of care is very high and I would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you all so much.

I’m not the easiest customer to please, as I have a suspicious attitude due to a bad experience with a previous vet. However, I’ve been with Arc for a couple of years and they’ve always provided a decent service for basic procedures. Recently, my big dog, Rocco, had to go in for a dental issue, and Arc handled it perfectly. I was worried about the cost and suspicious of any unnecessary or inflated charges, having had previous negative experiences elsewhere. When I expressed my concerns, one of the surgery vets addressed them, and then Richard, the main vet, called to ask and explain the cost and what he would be doing. They called mid surgery to advise of their finding and provided options of how to proceed. The options were very fair and reasonable with the cost. I am very grateful to them for their time, commitment, and support. I’m writing this review to assist people like me who have had bad experiences and want a vet they can trust. Helped me twice now with my hamsters and I couldn’t have asked for better. So compassionate and caring for both us and the animals. Very reasonable pricing too. Treated them with such care and no hesitation to help (especially when other vets had let us down) thank you so much would recommend to anyone.

We have been using Arc Vets for nearly 5 years, for our Cavalier Kings Charles, Milo and his feline sisters, Holly and Poppy. We have nothing but good things to say about the team, they are always genuinely happy to see you, and are only a phone call away for phone advice and help. The team never ‘push’ unnecessary treatments, and are very patient and understanding when we, as over anxious pet parents, turn up with one of our brood, with what usually turns out to be some minor ailment. We are extremely happy that we found this practice 😄

We came to Arc Vets after a bad experience at another vets - a chain vets in the area. It's always an excellent sign when a vet tells you that a treatment is not necessary even when they could have just done it and charged you. We've since been with them for a few years, and they've been consistently great. The reception staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the veterinary staff are kind, calm, explanatory, no-nonsense, and no-fuss. They're always happy to give advice, which has been much appreciated. You can tell everyone there really cares about animals and about their standard of care. Excellent vets - highly recommend! Keep an eye out for a photo of our two tuxedo cats on the wall in reception ;)

We have been going to Arc Vets for the last 12 years, and they have been fantastic. The wonderful team of vets and nurses have supported us with various pets from hamsters to cats, and our beloved Rosie, a 12-year-old cockerpoo with recent onset diabetes. Rosie's diagnosis rocked our world, and if it had not been for the patience and kindness of everyone at Arc I don't think we would have coped. Rosie now has her injections without fuss and, thanks to the team, is doing well. One of the great things about the support at Arc is the fact that they always respond to emails and phone calls by return, which is so reassuring. They are all lovely, genuinely caring people, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in North London.
