This Vets has such good reviews, I took my Dog there and felt the first visit was fine. The second visit a long while after, my Dog was very ill so I took her there knowing she was probably gravely ill, Mina the Vet didn’t check her gums which were very pale and gave medication for arthritis to try and see if that helped her back legs. My Dog was extremely ill and I then had to wait for a vet’s appointment at another vet’s. We had to carry her in and make the decision to let her go. She suffered by not being examined properly by Mina and having to wait for an appointment at the second Vets.

Called this morning for an enquiry to get an appointment for my pet, the woman answred the phone as if it was a hassel for her to do in the first place, when asked if the pet is registered and I responded no, she very rudely responded with we're not taking any registrations and hung up. Didn't even give me a chance to respond. Could have simply said sorry we are not currently taking registrations, have a nice day bye. I really do not understand the rudeness and attitude that came from this woman when I was simply making an enquiry.

I have been taking my cats to Mina for more than 13 years, even if I moved out of the area. If there were more stars I would have given them. Caring, honest, trustworthy and mainly great vet and very experienced. I only feel my cats are safe with her.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!
