I'm a newish dog owner so worry alot about my dog (possibly a bit too much) but the staff at this vets are amazing with their care,concern and advice,my dog on our walks actually wants to go in and see them every time we pass...can't recommend them enough

Love my cat (Simba) to bits & whilst he's a cutie pie at home, he can be a bit 'defensive' when at the vets (to put it mildly)! The regular vet I've had has been terrific at calming him and taking terrific care of him despite his heightened anxiety in that environment. The front of house has also been excellent at being prompt/informative with all communications, including liasing with my insurance provider. Highly recommend Village Vet Brackenbury to pet-parents looking for a veterinary practice that genuinely cares.

The practice has been amazingly professional and service minded, through vaccinations and health checks. In preparation of a overseas travel, we were given last minute help to complete necessary paperwork. Had the staff not helped out at last minute, we would not have been able to bring our cat. I cannot give anything but the highest rating of the pratice, its staff and its vet, and would recommend it to anyone looking for the best care available for their pets.

I had a terrible experience at this location Village Vet. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, especialy that women at the entrance office. From the moment I walked in. She seemed disinterested in my dog's health and acted as if I was bothering her with basic questions. The way they handled my dog was rough another time i went to them, and it was clear they had no patience. I left feeling incredibly frustrated and worried about my dog's well-being. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their pet. They are rude and unprofesioanal with your pet and very expensive and financialy orientated more then anything.

The staff (reception, vet and assistants) have been very kind, supportive and helpful to me lately during a difficult time with my cat. I continue to feel welcomed and listened to when contacting them for further advice. I am confident that they have my cat and my best interest at heart. Yes, it may be expensive, but in my opinion and experience, the care and empathy they give is invaluable.

I took these two, Luna and Monet for their 3 months vaccination and check up. The service was excellent. The receptionist was lovely abd very friendly. Definitely recommended.
