Had a great experience, everyone was very nice and professional. I really appreciate the fact that I received real and adequate advice for my dog, rather than feeling that I was being pushed to buy a product or service (which happens a lot in other practices)

The care provided by Emma, Harriet, Ben, Bex, and team is compassionate and holistic. They work tirelessly to find the root cause of the most challenging cases (including drawing on their networks of other practitioners), and work with you to come up with a treatment plan that considers your pet’s wellbeing, your own wellbeing, and the practicalities of treatment. In my case, they’ve helped navigate challenges with pet insurance coverage and been mindful about recommending treatment that may not be covered. There are few things more reassuring than a vet saying “if she were my dog, this is what I’d do.” I know Emma cares for my dog as if she’s one of her own. My dog has visited many times in the last two years and her only complaint is that they don’t have after hours cuddle service—as captured in this photo.

When we got our puppy last year, I was a little reluctant about using this vet based on some of the reviews, but it is the nearest one to us by some way and we decided to give them a chance. The care they have given my dog Evie has been amazing and I really do recommend them. We’ve been seen to quickly when needed and the staff are all lovely. Sadly we’re moving out to the area so need to find a new vet but I just wanted to thank them for everything.
