Brought my cat in for the annual vaccination — no queue and we were seen half an hour early. Dr Erica was brilliant and so gentle with my cat. Excellent service.

Don't fall for the fancy instagram pillows. I have been going here for 14 years, my previous Dog who sadly passed away 2 years ago. I now attend with her baby who is himself now 10 years old. Recently, due to having to attend in a hurry and no available appointments, I was forced to go to the new fancy 'other place' that has recently opened but returned to Goddard immediately. You can throw all the fancy wallpaper and pillows at me and my little Chihuahua, but what matters the most is what he gets a Goddards. They use his name, they genuinely care, it's not just an instagram opportunity. I have stayed with them so long for a reason and I trust them implicitly. Mariya, Darcy and the rest of the team will continue to have my loyalty and recommendation.

I will be taking my 4.5yo neutered-male “Morkie” back to the USA on the QM2 & needed to make sure all of his annual preventive jabs would be current, as well as his Rabies inoculation. The staff were ready upon our arrival with no delay. The Vet was very patient, kind, & gentle—quickly putting my dog at ease. The Vet was knowledgeable, friendly & informative throughout a thorough examination. My dog showed zero anxiety throughout the visit. Signed paperwork was efficiently provided for insertion into & update of my Dog’s USA Vet file. A frequired follow-on jab appointment was also conveniently scheduled. All in all, a very efficient, happy, stress-free wellness visit. I highly recommend Goddard.
