The doctors and nurses at the clinic were outstanding and took great care of my cat when I took him in for some dental work. They gave me plenty of reassurance ahead of the procedure, kept me informed throughout the day and explained very clearly how to help his recovery at home. It’s been less than 24 hours and he’s already back to his normal self. Really grateful for their excellent care, empathy and patience.

I was booked an emergency consultation at Tooting vets this morning after my cat Tino had a bad fall. It was my first time at this branch. Both the receptionist and Amelia, who did the consultation, were absolutely lovely. In addition to making sure Tino wasn't severely hurt from the accident, Amelia offered to clean the poop inside the carrier after my very nervous little guy had soiled himself on the way. The surgery itself had a welcoming and calming atmosphere and was very clean. Thank you very much for your professionalism, your kindness and your care. I really appreciated it.
