The best thing about this vet is the lady at the front desk - we took our cat for a procedure on 4th October - our was cat nervous whilst waiting and she picked up on it - she offered a towel with a calming spray. It worked - our cat has never been so calm at the vet. She clearly cares about her role and the animals around her. The vet was ok - but she left the door open whilst my cat was loose which was worrying. But 5 stars to the front of house.

Very caring, professional and great value castration. Got given painkillers and cone included in the price. They explained the aftercare very well.

Useless. The first visit the vet didn’t give my cat the treatment she’d come in for! Other visits included them giving my poor cat FAR too much pain medication causing her to be motionless for 12 hours and soiling herself. Both of these were the same vet, I have had to ask to not be given that lady again. Other issues have now included not submitting an insurance claim even though I paid £33 for them to do this on my behalf, and then chasing me for a payment. 🙄 I recently found out they don’t have permanent vets here, it’s just a hub for rotating vets to work from. Not sure how true that is, but the lack of care, and no interest in getting to the root cause of an issue quickly. Eg. don’t do full bloods, try to get the cat out out of there asap, treat symptoms not problem. Two stars are for the one vet that was actually good. Avoid. I’m moving my cat from this vet to another down the road.

Despite a crossed wire regarding my booking, nurse Catherine was super kind and fantastic! I really appreciated her helping me out after a stressful trek with two meowing cats!!

I hate that I have to go and write this review But I can’t find official complain form anywhere in your website…. I am a very loyal customer and my three cats are registered with your clinic and I recommended you to many of my friends and family…. Unfortunately today 30/12/2024 at 1:45PM I visited your Tooting branch in Amen Corner and I was absolutely shocked by behaviour of your employee behind the desk at that time…. I was there to collect my cat medicine and from the beginning she was acting like she was disgusted by talking to me she was extremely rude and disrespectful at first and then she jumped from her desk and opened the door and make a comment about how she couldn’t breathe because of my perfume smell…….. she continued to be rude and nasty to me till I left she acted like she was annoyed with me and answered my questions about my cat medicine with no pleasure whatsoever I left extremely upset and confused and I don’t know if I will be able to be your costumer anymore after this ridiculous situation….. Extremely unprofessional and very rude behaviour which I never expected from employee behind your reception desk…….
