James is a wonderful Vet. This is an update on 16.05.25. I think the video says it all. Another update and have just discovered the advantages of a multi Vet group. I took Guapa to another Medivet yesterday for a specific eye test. All joined up to the same caring nature and all systems accessible to all Vets involved so each can view the treatment history. 5*

We recently visited Medivet with our cat Custard as new clients for his first appointment related to his Australian visa. We had the pleasure of meeting James, who was absolutely wonderful with Custard and incredibly kind and reassuring with us. He was thorough, professional, and clearly explained each step of the process. The entire team—from the warm and welcoming reception staff to the attentive veterinary team—were delightful. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about our pet’s wellbeing. We left feeling very reassured and in good hands. Highly recommended if you’re in the area—our only regret is that they’re not local to us!

We've been to a lot of different vets due to numerous reasons and this is the first vets where my dog feels calmer and it feels like the vets know what they're doing and they seem to be about the animals rather than about making money. The majority of the vets we've been to seem to be more concerned with money making than the welfare of my pet. Thanks to James and his team for prioritising the health of the animals over capitalism. Artemis, my dog, is hypersensitive to being at the vets and meeting new people who will be touching her in places she doesn't want them to touch but the vets we've meet, receptionists and nurses have all been very kind and considerate so Artemis feels comfortable and doesn't start panicking. Thank you to all Artemis has met for treating her with kindness and compassion!
