I have an African Grey who is 23 years old who I look after for my aunt. Jethrine developed a lump on her left wing and has been under constant care with Matthew who is an amazing Vet. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Be very wary of this Vets. I believe the vet doesn’t always give the correct advice. I speak from experience and would never take my pets there again. All I want to do is warn other pet owners and whatever the vet says make sure you get a second opinion.

This is the best vets I have ever been to! My rabbit was in a very bad shape after having some issue during the heatwave and had a kidney problem! They kept him in for a few days and saved his life! I cannot recommend Matthew and his team enough, and I cannot thank them enough either!

Over the years, CJ Hall has cared for all three of our rabbits, and we have always received the most incredible care, help and support from every member of the team. We are truly, incredibly grateful for everything they have done for us and our rabbits. They helped to give our beloved rabbit, who was sadly diagnosed with an incurable illness, some precious extra time with us. They have also continued to provide the same exceptional care to our other rabbits over the years. We cannot recommend CJ Hall highly enough. Every vet and member of staff has always been kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely caring. We will always be incredibly grateful for everything they have done for us. As we are moving abroad, we will unfortunately no longer be able to continue using CJ Hall, but we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for everything over the years ❤️🐰

We had a wonderful experience having our bunny Jozi spayed. From the initial examination through to the aftercare, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. The entire team is incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about the wellbeing of their little patients. They truly go above and beyond. I've been here three times now with our two budgies, and every visit has been excellent. The care and attention are outstanding — very friendly, very thorough, and genuinely attentive. Explanations are always clear, and they really take the time to make sure everything is properly checked and understood. A fantastic vet, and I always feel confident our birds are in the best hands.
