I could not recommend Pet People more - they are super responsive, reassuring and communicative and gave me so much sensible advice.

I can’t praise Pet People Vets enough. We’d been with the same vet for many years and needed to find somewhere closer to us when our dog Molly sadly became unwell. Changing practices wasn’t easy, but choosing Pet People Vets was definitelly the right decision. We haven’t been registered for long, but we have visited the practice frequently in this short period of time and every visit was a really good experience. Everyone we met was kind, caring, and professional, and we always felt supported. What I really like was the sense of community. Even just sitting in the waiting room, you can see how well they know both the pets and their owners. It feels like a genuinely caring, local practice and we’re really glad we found them.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Pet People so when I found myself on hold for 10 minutes trying to book an emergency appointment with my existing large/corporate vet, I decided to give them a call. Katy answered within 3 rings, she was very kind and helpful and, within a couple of minutes, we had an appointment for our dog with Amy in 30 mins. Amy, who’s been with them for 3 years, took great care and did an excellent job. I hope the people that setup Pet People are proud of the environment they’ve created, the team they’ve built, and the care that team gives.

Amazing service

We took our 10 year old labrador who was experiecing great difficulties walking. The care our lab received was quick and all we could wish for. Our dog was extremely well looked after by the entire team, which demonstrated à lot of empathy and professionnalism. Thank you Phoebe and the lovely people at the réception.

If you could invent a vets practice in your imagination, where all the medics and staff were the kindest most lovely people and you trusted them with your furry friends implicitly, Pet People would be it. They care for our two little Sprocker Spaniels, Sefi and Dora and our cat Frankie with kindness, empathy and excellent skill. We feel so lucky to have found them.

We came to Pet People thanks to our amazing vet Annabelle, and Amy, our future acupuncturist, as both are fear-free qualified. What surprised me most is that it’s not just them — everyone in the clinic is so knowledgeable about dog behavior, which has been life-changing with Rocky being both reactive and very complex medically. Annabelle deserves all my gratitude for her exceptional care during every urgency when we had to rush in with Rocky. She has been nothing short of incredible, not only with him but with us as well. Fergus in customer care also stands out — he doesn’t just do his job, he truly cares. He knows every detail about Rocky and has been such a kind and steady support, especially in those heartbreaking moments when Rocky’s disease has deteriorated, and I felt like I was losing hope. I am beyond grateful to Annabelle, Fergus, Amy, and the whole Pet People team for their compassion, dedication, and for making Rocky feel safe and cared for.

We have an extremely anxious dog (that wasn’t able to be visited by a vet before) and we had the best experience here. Everyone is beyond kind, knowledgeable and aware of dogs that might need “a bit extra care”.

We recently had our dog Peppa spayed at Pet People, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. As any pet parent knows, surgery can be nerve-wracking — but the team went above and beyond to make both Peppa and myself feel completely at ease. From the initial consultation to the post-op check-ins, every step was handled with kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. The staff took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. On the day of surgery, they kept me updated, and when I picked her up, she was calm, comfortable, and well-cared for. Her recovery has been smooth, and we credit that entirely to the expert care and attention she received. They even followed up afterwards to check on her progress, which meant the world to us. We are beyond grateful for the compassion and skill of this incredible team. Thank you for treating Peppa with so much love and care — you’re truly the best!❤️🐾

Pet People by name and by nature! Our rabbits Bud & Lola are anxious when travelling or being handled but the staff here are always super friendly and accommodating which really helps to put them (and me) at ease. We've had a couple of check ups now and a vaccination which all went smoothly and Harriet even guided us through how to check & clip their nails which was so helpful! While they might be on the pricier side, I'm happy to pay the extra for their care & overall high quality service.
