Wonderful staff, made us feel so welcome and made such a lovely fuss of our dog ! I have to travel further that my local vets to see them, but I will certainly continue to do this as it is well worth the extra distance for the warm friendly welcome us and our pet get ! And the vet was so gentle with the injections and microchip.. so much so my tiny puppy didn’t even notice !

Alexandra is an outstanding veterinarian. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can truly see how much she cares about every animal she treats. The whole clinic is incredibly professional and welcoming. After managing to get my ex-ferral cat into a carrier, the vet was absolutely brilliant - quiet, kind and patient. It was important to us he didn't have a bad experience, to be nervous next time, but we were extremely pleased!

Just want to say a huge thankyou to everyone at the practice, the vets, nurses, receptionist for their care of Beau , our pug puppy. We had the traumatic experience of having to remove his eye and the after - care of this and the care of his second eye which ,due to the upmost care,knowledge and professionalism of the vets, is now healed. Cannot recommend this practice enough for the empathy along with the specialist knowledge of all staff in this practice ; applaud we must ! We are all truly thankful,. A special mention to Keauno , Kaylen, Vicky and the reception ladies.....for given Beau the chance to live life to the full with us ❤️. Kate and Nick

I have been bring my cats to Anderson Vets, Orpington for nearly 15 years. They have always been professional, kind and very warm. The past 6 months both my cats have been poorly and need expert treatment. Only through their diabetes, heart and eye issues have I seen the incredible skill and breadth of knowledge in this practice. I am eternally grateful to the team, especially Alex for your help and support.
