The head vet (Kate Harrison) is sarcastic and cold. She does not possess any people skills and she's not great with pets either. If you ask her what she in her professional opinion thinks caused an eye ulcer for example chances are all you'll get is a sarcastic response. She is unable to contain her anger in front of people in the waiting room. I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this vet clinic. They seem completely unorganised and consistently overbook appointments far beyond the slots they have available. Even when you book a specific time, you end up waiting well over the agreed appointment window, sometimes for hours, with no clear updates or explanations. The reception team also doesn’t appear to be on top of things. Communication is poor, and there’s little effort to manage the backlog or keep clients informed. For a place that handles pets’ health and wellbeing, I expected a much more professional and efficient service.

Phoned for ages, eventually answered and then hung up. Didn't call me back and didn't answer when I called again

My cat died here after dental surgery. My cat was admitted at 9am and surgery did not take place until after 4pm (after fasting since the previous night). Surgery was rushed as they were closing at 7am and there was no way they could have performed the operation safely or removed that many teeth in such a short space of time. At no point did they tell me what the surgery would entail. Told me my cat had been slow to come out of anaesthesia (which they denied later). My cat was not given enough time to recover before being sent home. She died a few minutes after leaving the surgery. Told it was my fault as I signed the consent form. Keep your pets away from this practice at all costs.

disgusting disgusting place! they need to be investigated for their malpractice. We took our kitten here because he seemed ill they completely brushed it off and gave medicine for his stomach only after WE told him he wasn’t eaten and said he was fine otherwise. A week later and he’s brain dead and now has died, we took him to different vets who told us that he had been ill for weeks and was not given appropriate medicine. This is disgusting , I won’t even go into detail on how abysmal their customer service is. But for vets to be so negligent is completely horrible. They caused our babies death, stay far far away.

Used online system for appointments and they just emailed saying they don’t have any on that day. What a way to waste time. Could have offered alternative slots. They were also rude to my sister on the phone so she left. Enjoy declining client numbers.

Called the emergency line about a stray cat whose extremely fatigued and weak, along with gunk infested eyes that look like they’re rotting. Told me to call back on line two as him being malnourished isn’t an emergency enough. The guy can barely reach the litter tray. Was on hold for an extortionate amount of time and eventually gave up. I recommend any vet over this one. Don’t waste your time, they don’t care.

I don’t usually post reviews but please stay away from this place if you love your pet! They need to work on their pet and people skills. Firstly we arrived for a 9am appointment along with 6 other people and only 3 vet rooms- they are clearly very greedy and only care for profit over experience as they are overbooking! We should have left when a man showed up to reception and said he had been given dog worming tablets instead of cats. Truly showing their lack of care. We saw a vet called Kate and feel truly offended by her treatment of us and our cat. We queried an extremely high price only to be made to feel guilty and be referred to as “low income” which is not the case! She was extremely rude and we came out with more questions than when we went in. When she knew she couldn’t get any money from us for any treatment she stopped engaging with us or even helping our cat with applying a very simple bandage. These people are not animal people or even people people! Please stay away.

I brought my kitten to this clinic when she began showing signs of serious respiratory distress. She was diagnosed with pneumonia based on an X-ray and was sent home with antibiotics. I trusted the diagnosis and followed the treatment plan. Tragically, just a short time later, my kitten had to be put to sleep due to how severe it became. After seeking a second opinion, I learned that she was actually suffering from a severe heart condition, not pneumonia. The original diagnosis was not only incorrect—it meant she didn’t receive the urgent care she truly needed. What’s more concerning is that the vet later admitted the X-ray equipment they used was not advanced, which raises serious questions about how reliable the diagnosis ever was. The pain of losing her is something I carry every day, and knowing that a more accurate diagnosis or better equipment might have changed the outcome is devastating. I understand that no clinic is perfect and not every case has a happy ending—but pet owners deserve transparency, up-to-date diagnostics, and the option of a referral when a case is complex or uncertain. I’m writing this not out of anger, but out of heartbreak, and in the hope that sharing our story may help prevent another pet from being misdiagnosed—and another person from going through the pain of an avoidable loss.
