Troublesome If at 6:00 PM the secretary tells you they close at 7 and you tell her you're in the neighborhood. And she starts reading you all kinds of regulations. What a robot. In short, very simply, don't call them, they will call you, but politely.

Been waiting 3 weeks to get my dogs ashes back despite paying a huge amount of money. The vet is very small and very expensive compared to elsewhere. On the plus side Clair & Emma are very friendly. Thats why im giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

Dear Dr Judy-Ann and her team. I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for my cat Lucky. Watching him struggle with that difficult skin condition was heartbreaking, and there were times I felt completely helpless. Your kindness, patience, and determination truly changed everything. Because of you Lucky is finally comfortable, happy and back to his playful self- and that means the world to me. You didn’t just heal his skin, you gave him back his quality of life and gave me so much peace of mind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating him with such compassion and for never giving up on him. We’re both so grateful for the care and hope you you’ve given us. The team at West Ham were so friendly and helpful when my cat Oli was neutered. They explained everything clearly, treated him with so much care, and made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. I’m so grateful for their kindness and would happily recommend them to anyone!

Best vet I've ever been to in my 23 years of owning animals - very quick but informative and friendly service. Our vet was Angel Femandez, a fitting name! He clearly loves his patients and handles them with care. The Petplan is great too!

Our experience with the vets here was good overall, with the initial check, neutering and vaccination all done well and the cat recovered alright despite being very prone to stress. However, the best part was the entropion surgery on both of our cat’s eyes. He has been suffering a lot as he was growing with the problem, and the surgery helped a lot. We were consulted on all the steps, the post surgery care was explained and we were supported the first few days when the pain and discomfort were the greatest. Now it’s been about a couple of months after surgery, and the scarring is gone, the eyes healed and look beautiful - symmetrical, bright and open wide. He’s also a much calmer and happy kitten now. We couldn’t be happier!

We were nervous about moving from our old vet, but our first consultation and treatment with Goddard Veterinary Group here was excellent. Made my senior greyhound feel very comfortable.
