I’ve been to other vets but this is the best. Staff makes you feel very welcomed, place is clean and comfortable and the vet was very helpful! Recommend Ilford branch highly!

Dr. Elena is great, the first vet we met in London that actually knows a lot about exotic pets (bunnies). She was proacive in her approach and really helped us before a long and exhausting travel. I was really scarred the journey would be too stressful for our rabbit, but her knowledge and instructions (and I really believe this) saved our bunny's life. The team was also able to help us prepare the paperwork needed. Thank you!

The staff are very nice and professional and always make me feel as though my cat has been cared for. However, whenever I call the vet no one seems to pick up the phone no matter what time I call. Other than that it’s a great vet to take your pets!
