Outstanding Care and Professionalism! I’m incredibly happy with the service at Goddard vet in Barkingside. My pet recently had an operation, and I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. I accidentally called the wrong Goddard vet branch so this isn't my branch but I was really disappointed with the abrupt and dismissive tone from the woman on the phone. I thought this doesn't seem like my usual Goddard branch and it wasn't thankfully. Kindness goes such a long way and I would encourage the staff to speak to people in a kinder tone.

The place is a disaster, they don't know what they are doing, they don't know if the pet needs vaccinations or not. They made me waste a lot of time and money going back and forth. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from the health service they offer. You have to pay monthly and when you want to claim the things it includes, they ask you to pay money or to book an appointment for an unnecessary health check (which consists of weighing the animal and looking at its ears) with a veterinarian to charge you something.

We have been with Goddard Barkingside for over a year now since we got our first cat, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The prices are reasonable, and they’re always willing to offer alternatives that fit our budget, which is such a relief. The whole team has a positive attitude, friendly and welcoming. Doctors are gentle and highly-qualified. Most recent experience was with Dr Poppy, who is amazing!! Alexandra, the receptionist, is especially polite and incredibly informative—she always takes the time to answer our questions in detail, and we never feel rushed during our visits. Our second cat is now under their care too, and I trust them completely with both of our pets. We use them frequently, and I hope their prices and high standard of care stay the same for years to come. Highly recommended!

Great vets and always a pleasure. Take care not only of pets but provide a good friendly efficient service. Opened mon-sat. Parking also available right outside if you get a spot.
