This is the third time I’ve left feeling really upset, and unfortunately it’s time for me to change vets. I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment due to an Uber driver refusing to take me with my very small pet. I understand transport issues aren’t the clinic’s responsibility, but when I arrived, I was told my appointment had been given to the person before me and there was no flexibility to see me in the next slot. I was asked to rebook for another day, despite already being there. What upsets me most is not just this situation, but the overall lack of humanity I’ve experienced over time. The prices for medication feel excessive, and the approach increasingly feels more about money than care. Even though vaccinations are included in the monthly care plan I pay for, the service itself feels rushed and transactional. I don’t want to argue or go back and forth; I’ve simply decided it’s time to move on. I’m leaving this review so others can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid similar experiences.

Lovely reception staff and an extra shout out to Victoria the tech/nurse today for being an absolute star with my two anxious sausage dogs. Thank you!

I’ve been a client here for years, and my cat has had ongoing health issues with no real progress or clear diagnosis. Today was the last straw. I arrived 12 minutes late after calling repeatedly with no answer and was refused my appointment — at a practice where I regularly wait 40–60 minutes past my own appointment time. The inconsistency, poor communication, and lack of effective care have completely broken my trust. I won’t be returning.

🚨 be aware - you DO NOT HAVE TO buy medicine from the vet - they can issue prescription and all online pet pharmacies have next day delivery. They put crazy margin on some products !! 🚨 I was also scammed. And paid £60 extra for no reason ! 🚨All vets so that. Not only this practice. So always ask for prescription to buy yourself or check on google how much that medicine to see how much you can save ! NEVER just agree to buy it without checking !
