Lovely calming approach to my cat (Skitz) on her first visit to a Vet for ages. She was allowed time to get used to the room as Vet took her history from me so Skitz was quite happy to be touched & checked. Her condition was diagnosed and a clear management path explained. Well done Passey Place Vets. Thank you.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the team at Passey Place. Holly has been incredibly helpful — she went out of her way to secure an appointment for us and listened carefully to all of our concerns. Her kindness made a huge difference during a very stressful time. Miss Sinclair has also been exceptional. She is clearly not profit‑driven; her approach feels almost like she’s working for a charity. She genuinely cares about the animals, and that compassion is something you don’t often find. It’s reassuring to know our pets are being looked after by someone who prioritises their wellbeing above anything else. The whole team at Passey Place truly cares about whether our pets can survive and recover, and it never feels like the focus is on profit. Their honesty, empathy, and dedication mean so much to us.

Always caring, always transparent about cost. Sometimes tricky getting though but will always stand by this practice as they've been the most honest one we've experienced and never try pushing promotional products onto us

My cat Eden became very poorly was close to death . Thanks to Gabby and team Eden has recovered.. Gabby Sinclair is an amazing veterinary . So skilled and caring . Really caring , Not only to the animals but understanding towards the owners . All the staff including receptionist , nurses etc are so attentive . I must of called so much about my Eden my beautiful Cat they all are so caring, & there communication with me was impeccable . The best vets I know . And the price was amazing they not money oriented and really understand situations, Genuinely care about all the animals . Thank you to all at Eltham vets passey place Will recommend to anyone who needs a excellent vet . God bless you all
