Extremely condescending receptionist. I called with a simple query and was met with a barrage of questions. I am now on the overground heading to my regular vet in Richmond because she did not have the basic courtesy to call me back.

I’ve taken my cat here several times. The staff are very kind, patient, and professional, which made the visits much less stressful. It is quite expensive, but to be fair, the staff always clearly explained the fees in advance before any treatment decisions were made. Compared to other Village Vet branches, this location is on a quiet street, which makes it much easier for vets and pet owners to get in and out of cars without stress.

Friendly vets. Easy and quick to book. Pricing is comprehensive and not hidden. Can park outside but the one way street is a little tight.
