Excellent on all fronts. Melanie and Weronika are genuinely welcoming and friendly. Chloe answers all my questions and gives expert advice and treatment. They genuinely care for my cat, Sooty Hitchings-Jones. Could not recommend highly enough.

I’d recommend Village Vet Queens Park and Kensal Green to anyone in the area who wants excellent care and outstanding personal service for their pet. The staff are delightful and very dedicated to doing a good job, so much so that they’ve often made me feel that my cats are their only priority! We’re always greeted warmly and, more importantly, I believe that the clinical advice and expertise we’re receiving is of high quality. It seems unfair in a way to single out particular members of what is obviously a high functioning team but I’d like to thank two members of staff in particular, both of whom have gone over and above during the past few months - Sabrina (vet nurse at Kensal Green) and Bridget (vet at Queens Park). Thank you both, and thanks also to your colleagues for their valuable contributions, all delivered with exceptional standards of professionalism. My only slightly less positive comment - which I hope will be taken as constructive criticism offered in good faith - is on pricing (much in the news at the moment). The mark up on medicines and other supplies is often 100% and sometimes considerably more. I understand the reasons for this, as explained to me by the practice manager, but I think that Village Vet is missing a trick here. I’m sure I’m not alone in thinking that I’d be prepared to pay slightly more for the convenience of collecting medicines from the practice rather than having to source them myself from elsewhere. However, the differentials in price between the clinic and VMD / RCVS registered online pharmacies are too great to justify the additional expense. I should say that I’ve appreciated the fact that in recent months the practice has been very good at drawing my attention to costs in advance and suggesting alternative options where appropriate, something which hasn’t always happened in the past. I was also encouraged to register my cats in the Pet Health For Life Plus plan and, given that one of them needs a lot of medical attention at the moment, this has been extremely beneficial.

They refused to treat my dog ​​simply because she came from Brazil. We've lived in London for almost two years and have never had any problems getting her into or receiving her anywhere. Everyone knows that the process of bringing a dog from another country is quite complex: quarantine period, vaccinations, microchip, exams... It's absurd to refuse to do a simple routine exam. Prejudice? Trying to squeeze money out of us at any cost? How awful... They should be ashamed of this kind of behavior, especially in a city as global as London.

The worst experience with a locum nurse called Pam. She was so unhelpful, rude and all she was interested in was making money and not looking after the animals welfare. In contrast, the nurse at Little Venice branch was amazing and very grateful for all their support.

Extremely condescending receptionist. I called with a simple query and was met with a barrage of questions. I am now on the overground heading to my regular vet in Richmond because she did not have the basic courtesy to call me back.

We've had consistently excellent experiences with all the staff at Village Vet Queen's Park ever since we moved to the area. They are friendly, thorough and always have our dog's best interest at heart. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that our local vets are this good!

I can't recomend Village Vets enough. They really care about yourself and your pet. Exceptional service can't thank all that work at Queens Park practice enough.

I’ve taken my cat here several times. The staff are very kind, patient, and professional, which made the visits much less stressful. It is quite expensive, but to be fair, the staff always clearly explained the fees in advance before any treatment decisions were made. Compared to other Village Vet branches, this location is on a quiet street, which makes it much easier for vets and pet owners to get in and out of cars without stress.
