Binky was the first dog through the doors at Creature Comforts in Beckenham. The service from start to finish was excellent, we were both made to feel very welcome (Binky particularly loved the variety of treats) and her check-up with the vet was thorough with good advice. Signing up as a member is definitely worth it, the price alone is extremely competitive.

Today we visited a new veterinary clinic in our area, and honestly, it felt like we had gone somewhere just for fun rather than for a vet visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and loving. They made us feel so comfortable, and Teddy received so much love and attention. We even got coffee from the clinic, which was such a lovely touch! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who personally came over to introduce himself and welcome us. The kindness, respect, and genuine care we experienced from everyone really stood out to us. We were also given a tour of the entire clinic, including all the rooms where dogs stay while receiving treatment. It was so reassuring and comforting to see everything for ourselves. The whole clinic is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a place any dog owner would dream of having their pet cared for. Thank you Creature comforts 💜
