Brilliant vet practice! Very friendly welcoming team. Every member of staff looks like they thoroughly enjoy the work they are doing which is reflected in the outstanding care they give. The place is very easy to find with ample parking and once you go inside it is extremely clean and very comfortable. Staff take the time to explain the procedures and costs. My dog was being spayed. They continued to communicate well whilst my dog was with them and under their care by sending WhatsApp messages and pictures to let me know how she was doing. That made me feel very reassured. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

Absolutely brilliant, lovely staff and they really care about the animals not just getting more money out of you, which I've found with many vets in the past. This vets give a clear price list too. All our animals are registered their and the staff have always been more then helpful.

Every time I walk into this branch, I'm greeted with a hello and smile, and that alone makes such a difference. The whole team is so welcoming; I have not once encountered a staff member who seemed miserable or unapproachable. I recently brought my cat in for his castration; from start to finish, the experience was amazing. I spoke with Sophie over the phone to book the appointment, and she was so pleasant to speak with - she explained everything clearly and was genuinely lovely. On the day of the procedure, I was met by Charlotte and Rosie, who were both equally kind, reassuring and professional. They walked me through all the important information and made sure I felt confident leaving him in their care. What really touched me was later that day when Sophie sent me a sweet photo of my cat to let me know that the surgery went well, that he had eaten, and that they'd have given him lots of cuddles - and even brushed his tail! It meant so much to know he was being so well looked after. His follow-up a few days later also went smoothly, and he healed just fine. Huge thanks to Sophie, Rosie and Charlotte for their kindness, professionalism, and the genuine care they showed us. You're an amazing team, and I'm so grateful.

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences at Vets for Pets Beckenham. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. From the moment you walk in, you're met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and very well-organized, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and high standards of care. Whether it's a routine check-up or something more urgent, I always feel confident that my pet is in the best hands. Highly recommend to any pet owner.

As a colleague and a client I couldn’t be happier with my both my cats care here with Dzuni and the team! They both have chronic health conditions and Dzuni and is always the first to work out which treatment works best and able to fit them in anytime with her schedule. Highly recommend.
