A really lovely vet, we had a last minute appointment and felt listened too and came away with a lot of understanding and the right medicines. Feel so much better, cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been coming to this vet practice for over 40 years and always been happy with them.

My cat had a lump appear on the top of her leg. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and as the previous appointment had not arrived, we were able to see the vet early. The problem was quickly resolved. Hill Park (the Harold Hill surgery) is always a good place to visit when I have health issues with my cat. The staff there are friendly, the vets are very professional, and very patient with my cat as she can sometimes be a very difficult patient.

My Cockerpoo had surgery for a benign tumour last week so a huge thank you for all your kindness care and after-care - honestly cannot praise this Vets Practice enough - looked after my previous dog from his very first puppy party to his passing at the age of 14 with nothing but compassion and kindness - all the staff are professional but extremely friendly - thanks again from Travis the Cockerpoo and his humans!

Best practice in Havering. Very personal friendly and ultra caring with our pets. Not all business like as some, more like a family. Any urgency they will always make room for you to see one of the fabulous Vets. Ive been using them for nearly 30 years and my parents used them for years too. Highly recommend. First Class

SUPERB INDEPENDENT VETERINARY PRACTICE. All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand. Very reasonably priced. Good opening hours. Plenty of parking. No hard sell. I would not go anywhere else nowadays.
