Very friendly and professional veterinary practice. Fortunately their vets know all about tortoises as well as other domestic pets which is very important to me. On each visit every treatment is always fully explained and they will always give the best advice to keep it your pet healthy. Definitely 5 stars

We were devastated when the time sadly came to put our much loved Yorkshire Terrier Max to sleep. Vet Ian explaned everything with such professionalism and together with the support of his caring dedicated team, Max passed over the rainbow bridge peacefully, with my husband and I by his side. We thank everyone at Wooding's Family Veterinary Practice for all the care shown towards Max and us, not only during Max's final journey, but also for the care and support received over the past year. Highly recommend this practice. Rest in Eternal Peace, Max..xx

We take both our dog and cat to Wooding’s Family Veterinary Practice in Collier Row, and the care they receive is exceptional. The team are incredibly personable, friendly, and professional, always taking the time to make our pets feel at ease and to explain everything clearly. It’s clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the animals they look after. We have complete confidence in the team at Wooding’s and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy, and dedicated veterinary practice. This is a fantastic family practice, extremely accommodating and genuinely caring. Staff are very helpful and polite. Unfortunately we only discovered this practice recently towards the end of our Pets life. They did everything they could to save him and kept us constantly up to date with our options, including complete transparency with costs. When there was nothing else that could be done to save our pet, it really felt they understood the grief we were going through and were very comforting. They even went to the trouble of sending a card with their condolences which was very touching . We cannot rate this practice highly enough and you should not hesitate to register with them. Thank you

This was my first time using this vet and the experience was great from beginning to end. I had to take my cat in for dental surgery, and the vet was attentive, listened to our concerns and we felt safe leaving our cat with the staff (as he is a little nervous on vet visits) The service and care was perfect, I recommend!
