Unfortunately, I found it difficult to trust the vets here when they struggled to answer questions I had regarding spaying. Medication sold is also extortionate. We travel to another local town now for our dogs.

Natalie, a vet here took my dog Dixie in for an infected pawpad into which his claw had gone through. She took him in the same day and for moral support she allowed my other dog to stay with him. Such a lovely vet, so kind and caring. Thank you

I have moved onto the area and needed to transfer my cats from their previous practice. Everyone I spoke with was very clear and it was straightforward to set an appointment for one of my cats. The vet was very gentle and thorough in his examination and I didn’t feel rushed. He allowed my cat time to adjust and engage at his own pace.

“I just want to thank the vets and staff who were there for us when we had to say goodbye to our beloved Kilo.yesterday The care, compassion, and comfort you gave my son during such a difficult moment meant more than words can express. I cannot say enough about these guys here ! They are always there to help my never ending concerns about the 2 boys in my life that are my world ! Whenever I call up ( and believe me it’s a lot!) I am always greeted with such a warm welcome from Anna and Julie . Anna has helped me no end also with tips for my my doggie Paddie and is extremely knowledgeable! Julie is always on hand to try and sort my questions out and both make me feel welcome and will always fit me in if possible thank you so much ! Reena and her team are the best Nathalie has/ spent hours researching my out of the box doggie symptoms to find the right treatment for him and treats him like her own . Emily the head nurse is incredible and always is so reassuring. Everyone is amazing here and I would never ever go anywhere else .

We’ve been taking our cat Tyson to Medivet Pinner, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and patience the team has shown. Tyson is not the easiest cat to handle—he’s strong-willed, very sensitive to being touched, and has made past vet visits quite stressful. However, the staff at Medivet Pinner took the time to understand his temperament and handled him with calm confidence and real compassion. From the reception team to the vets and nurses, everyone was professional, gentle, and reassuring—not just with Tyson, but with us as well. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently to minimize his stress, and made the whole experience much smoother than we expected. It’s clear they care deeply about animal welfare and treat each pet as an individual. Highly recommend Medivet Pinner, especially if your pet needs a bit of extra understanding and care
