For starters, Leonard, a permanent vet with such a presence. He was born to do this job. Every time I had to call or go in in person, the receptionists at Eastcote are the best. They adore Jemima and to see a tiny puppy wag her tail as she goes in says it all. We moved from Harrow Weald and was the best decision ever.

I wanted to say how compassionate Dr Leonard is, We have been going for over 10 years with our cat, we are never rushed, always explained what is happening and how . He is extremely thorough and caring. The nurse called cat was very friendly and helpful. Always in good hands . Would recommend.

We have taken both our cat and dog to this service over the years. We have been really happy with our care from this vets. At the end of our cats time, they were so great about being honest with us and helping us through such a hard time. They are really great with our dog. Update: over the last couple years, the vet service has changed and we aren’t as happy with it. Our records haven’t been correct, we have shown them emails showing that they confirmed things but the receptionist just ignored it. The ver they have in isn’t as personal and just isn’t as good with the care of the animals as the previous vet.

For over 20 years, we've trusted Goddards in Eastcote with our pets, including our previous dogs Basil and Dennis, and our beloved cat Merlin. Now, we continue that tradition with our current pets, Arthur and Ivy! The expertise of resident vet Leonard, along with his dedicated nurses and receptionist, is truly unmatched. Our pets always receive the love and care they deserve. Even after moving out of the area, we choose to drive back to see Leonard because, after trying a closer vet, we realised that we simply couldn't find the same level of care anywhere else. That's why we remain loyal to Goddards!

Friendly team who are always happy to help. Feel comfortable and reassured by Leonard each time I bring my13yr old Dachshund, or my cats, can’t praise him enough, he’s a true gem, very professional and caring. Thank you.

I’ve been a client of Eastcote for 4 and a half years now, always had a lot of help from all the staff there except tonight. My spaniel, biscuit, injured himself in the garden at about 6:10pm and it got all of us very worried so we rushed him straight to the Eastcote practice. We got there about 6:25/6:30pm and the vet nurse that came out refused to even take a Quick Look at his foot which he couldn’t even walk on and had swollen rapidly. She told us we had to take him to Mandiville in Northolt and that was it she walked away from us. I’m honestly appalled by the way she acted the 3 of us was so worried as he was having a reaction to something and she had no emotion or care towards. I didn’t catch her name as we was so taken a back by the encounter. If you are too interested in going home on time maybe change careers. In good news though the care we received from Mandeville was amazing. The vet we saw Phoebe was super helpful and kept us calm the whole time.
