We took our new kitten for her vaccinations and to be chipped thinking she was 8 weeks but because she was under 1kg they weren't able to do anything so they checked her for everything else and made a new appointment. She was a rescue so we could only estimate her age. I found Lisa and the vet on duty very helpful, i hope I'll be able to clip her nails as easily as Lisa did 😳

I had a health check appointment for my cat at this centre today, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were kind, professional, and treated my cat with great care and attention. Their behaviour was warm and reassuring, which made the whole experience very positive. I truly appreciate the level of care we received and would definitely recommend this centre to my friends.
