I’ve been coming to this veterinary clinic with my 2 cats for almost 4 years, and they’ve been amazing every single time. From the warm welcome at reception to the incredible vets and the surgical team handling neutering and spaying, everyone genuinely cares about your pets. Even after moving 3 hours away, I still choose to come back here. I’ve tried two different vets closer to my new area thinking it would be easier if it's closer from my house, but none of them compared to the level of care, empathy, and trust I’ve found here. They truly treat every animal as if it were their own, and that’s something rare to find! Thank you for everything! Puma & Zarra are sending lots of meows kisses for all of you!

My cat is very nervous generally. She cried all the way to the vets. When she got out of her box she’s was fine, walking around and sniffing. She must have got good vibes from the vet as she’s never been that calm in a vets. Really calm vibe in there and staff are lovely

Lovely to meet Jaya for the first time our new vet at Goddard's Oldfield Lane. She met Hazel and Tym for for their annual booster. Both dogs are always apprehensive visiting the Vets but Jaya's gentle approach and vet assistant Lisa both made them welcome .

We looked around and chose this practice because it was small, friendly and all the staff were so helpful, caring and friendly. We have just had our free new puppy health check and the reception staff and vet were brilliant - so warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The vet was amazing and reassured us with the depth of her knowledge and her lovely manner with us and with our puppy. Highly recommended for a warm, friendly, personal and highly professional service.

Staff at Goddard were so kind, efficient and helpful when helping us get 3 feral cats neutered. They helped us with a trap, and lots of useful advice, and then dealt with the cats so professionally and kindly. All three are healthy and doing well in their new location. We couldn't have had a better service.
