Absolutely can’t thank this surgery enough. The promptness with booking in a complex surgery, to the outstanding Vet who performed the procedure. Your expertise and clinical excellence when performing the procedure is absolute outstanding. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. A surgery that truly cares about your animals, and goes above and beyond for your animal. Ive truly never come across this in all my years of taking my animals to a vet. The most amazing vets you could go to. The whole team, especially Franki and Ellie who helped with our dog Bella have given the most amazing, care and have gone out of their way to do so. I could not recommend Ivy Lodge vets any more if I tried. If you want anyone looking after your pets, it is them without a doubt. Thank you so much x

Daisy went in for lump removal from her head , vets , nurses and receptionist are all fantastic , I could not of asked for any better care , they removed the lump and , gave me all care information on everything, very pleased with the care of daisy . Highly recommend anyone thinking of joining , it was the best thing I done .

Ivy Lodge is a fantastic vets and has such caring/amazing staff. Nothing is ever too much hassle and they look after my two kittens beautifully. I grew up with animals but my girls are the first of my own animals with such responsibility and they are reassuring and answer my questions whenever I have them . Could not recommend them enough!

I don’t usually write reviews but felt like I could not let the amazing devotion and attentiveness from employees of Ivy Lodge go unnoticed. Last week on Friday 12th December, my senior cat, Boot, got stuck on a social club’s gate that was kitted with wires and spikes to prevent animals from getting in. Ironically, he was actually shut inside when they left their back gate open unattended, so in fact was trying to escape the premises. My partner found him, after hearing him wailing for help. Boot was tangled in the wire, paws were bleeding and twisted and he was understandably extremely stressed. We managed to pry him off the gate and called Ivy Lodge in hope to get an urgent appointment. Esther, the Receptionist, was superb. Even though it was midday on a Friday (the day where the practice do their surgeries all day) she spoke to the veterinarians to see if they can see Boot in between surgeries, to which they said they can do. When we arrived, Esther, was so lovely. She offered my boyfriend and I hot beverages, she does make an amazing cup of tea, and dug out some chocolate and sweets from their kitchen too to share with us. Boot was seen to by the vet very quickly. After assessment, it seems that Boot ripped out a claw, as well as snapping another claw and potentially broke a toe. He was given some pain relieve medication and was told to rest up. He had a limp for the next few days, which the vet mentioned could happen but now almost a week on, he seems to be back to his normal, happy self. Thanks again to the amazing staff at Ivy Lodge in seeing Boot in such short notice. We are very happy that Boot is registered with yourselves. Hopefully next time we see you will be for normal circumstances.

Just recently carried out speying of our little Olive, . There personal touch to attention is 1st class. Iam so pleased that I phoned and spoke to the lady regarding getting our dog speyed. Not only did I like her honesty, we also signed up to there pet plan and moved away from our current veterinary as I much preferred there approach. Thanks for taking care🥰

Everything from the phone call, to the appointment was absolutely brilliant! The receptionist was so professional and made the whole process so relaxed, as did the vet and they really did treat my dog like a princess! She was diagnosed so quickly and was given additional time in the vets due to her being anxious, not only this but they also ensured no other animals were in the clinic due to my dogs anxiety around other animals! For my first visit I cannot recommend this vets enough! Thank you so much!
