Everything from the phone call, to the appointment was absolutely brilliant! The receptionist was so professional and made the whole process so relaxed, as did the vet and they really did treat my dog like a princess! She was diagnosed so quickly and was given additional time in the vets due to her being anxious, not only this but they also ensured no other animals were in the clinic due to my dogs anxiety around other animals! For my first visit I cannot recommend this vets enough! Thank you so much!

Managed to book an appointment for my dog at very late notice, Frankie treated him with care and kept us informed. Simba was treated with meds and we booked a follow up appt for two weeks time. Very good service, would tecommend

My 7 year old dog was treated by Frankie recently & I was more than happy with the service. Frankie was very clear and knowledgeable. Keeping me posted through the procedure. I would recommend this veterinary practice. The lady on reception was lovely and cheerful. In fact all staff that I dealt with were all professional but lovely too. Thank you ☺️

5🌟 super happy with the service provided by ivy lodge vets, especially Franki who was amazing and the receptionists who were so kind and accommodating. I hadn't used the vets for a few years and saw some reviews that weren't great so was considering changing vets but I'm so glad I didn't. For reference I have a big dog who gets extremely stressed at the vets and is a handful to say the least and they handled it so well! Couldn't be happier and massive thanks to Franki who was knowledgeable and helpful. Made a really stressful event much easier, thank you ❤️
