Been with Ivy lodge vets for couple of years now and every time we go all the staff are lovely. They look after my dogs and cat one of my dogs is nervous and they try very hard to keep her calm and build up trust without rushing. They have had a lovely new refurbishment and a gorgeous tropical salt water aquarium fitted in the waiting area ,nice to watch while your waiting.

I took my dog Dexter in for a tooth extraction and I couldn’t have been happier with the care he received. Dimi was absolutely fantastic — he kept me fully informed, and I felt completely reassured and confident knowing Dexter was in good hands. The receptionists are always so friendly and welcoming too — it’s such a lovely greeting every time we visit. The whole team clearly care deeply about the animals they look after. Highly recommend to everyone — thank you so much for looking after my boy so well! 🐶💙

Absolutely can’t thank this surgery enough. The promptness with booking in a complex surgery, to the outstanding Vet who performed the procedure. Your expertise and clinical excellence when performing the procedure is absolute outstanding. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. A surgery that truly cares about your animals, and goes above and beyond for your animal. Ive truly never come across this in all my years of taking my animals to a vet. The most amazing vets you could go to. The whole team, especially Franki and Ellie who helped with our dog Bella have given the most amazing, care and have gone out of their way to do so. Daisy went in for lump removal from her head , vets , nurses and receptionist are all fantastic , I could not of asked for any better care , they removed the lump and , gave me all care information on everything, very pleased with the care of daisy . Highly recommend anyone thinking of joining , it was the best thing I done .

Ivy Lodge is a fantastic vets and has such caring/amazing staff. Nothing is ever too much hassle and they look after my two kittens beautifully. I grew up with animals but my girls are the first of my own animals with such responsibility and they are reassuring and answer my questions whenever I have them . Could not recommend them enough!
