This was my cat’s very first visit to a vet, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team were amazing — genuinely kind, caring, and reassuring from the moment we arrived. I instantly felt my cat was in safe, capable hands, cared for by sincere people who truly love animals. That completely put me at ease as a cat mum. The care throughout was exceptional. I received thoughtful updates by phone while my cat was in for an operation, and it was clear she felt calm, happy, and settled during her time there — which says everything about the environment and the people looking after her. The aftercare was equally impressive, with a prompt follow-up appointment to check on her progress and well-being. Every step of the way, they were attentive, genuine, and compassionate. I couldn’t have wished for a better team to look after my cat. I’m deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism — highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet treated with the utmost care and respect.

Dr Capell saved my dogs life. So grateful to this vet and team. They also were great with my cat, and kept him very calm despite his car journey to the vet - he was soon lying down calmly in the offices. Thank you!!

We've been bringing our Labrador, Olive, to Teddington Medivet since we adopted her just over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier with the care she’s received. The whole team is professional, friendly, and passionate about animals. They’ve always taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and treat Olive with such kindness. A special shoutout to Christie the nurse — she’s been amazing throughout Olive’s journey. Christie is incredibly warm, and patient, and clearly loves what she does. She's helped Olive feel at ease from day one, and we always feel reassured knowing she’s in such capable hands. Olive loves going there — she even pulls us to the door whenever we walk past, just to say hello! That kind of excitement speaks volumes about how well she’s treated.
