They did an amazing job; our cat was brutally attacked by a neighbourhood tom, and they were kind, informative, and efficient (she needed surgery/sutures, follow-up, etc.). They are very expensive, but that's life. Our kitty recovered well, and Streatham Hill Vets was exemplary.

I brought my dog in for what was supposed to be a straightforward consultation, but the visit felt rushed from start to finish. The vet barely spent time examining her and didn’t really listen to my concerns before moving on. I left feeling unsure about the diagnosis and with very little explanation about next steps. When I had follow-up questions later that day, it was difficult to get clear answers. I was told someone would call me back, but that never happened. The front desk staff were polite and professional, which I appreciated, but the lack of communication and care from the clinical side was disappointing. When it comes to your pet’s health, feeling unheard is not something you expect or want. I am sadden with my experience with Streatham Hill Vet, but i will give them another chance.

The staff were kind and helpful. They reassured me when I was anxious more than my two cats ! The vet was very professional and patient. The cats were so calm! thank you one and all !
