This branch is definitely better then the Brentford one. Lovely staff. Nice atmosphere. Vet was really nice.

I have been taking my cats to the same Veterinary Practice for 30+ years and due to a new vet, my cats have been traumatised by their actions and even losing one of my 2 year old white Maine Coons who was very healthy and happy with his two brothers and my other cats. So making the decision to transfer after so long is not only daunting but it's for the cats first and foremost. But choosing Feltham was the best decision I have made in a long time. The reception staff are so welcoming, polite, friendly, compassionate and reassuring that your pets are as important to you as they are at this practice. I have taken two of my female Ragdolls and one of my female Maine Coons to see Vicki and OMG I am amazed on how comfortable my girls were during the appointment and after. Vicki has a gift and I have never seen my girls this happy ever with anyone else. I have asked if Vicki can be super glued to the practice. I have yet to experience the vets, but I have no hesitation in making an appointment when required. Please give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

They really care about my little Luna and I feel she is in the best hands here! They always have time, patience and empathy! There is one particular vet my Luna loves and they always do their best to ensure she is the vet Luna gets to see, and they even made sure that when Luna had surgery and was in great distress that she didn't see the vet she likes so she doesn't associate her with something negative. Pet-centred care at it's best!

Would give 5 stars as most of the staff especially front desk are soo friendly and attentive every time i bring in my dog in who is very anxious! Unfortunately, I have had the worst experience with the veterinary surgeon Felisa - please AVOID her at all costs, I was shocked at how rude, grumpy, unwelcoming, blunt and patronising she was!! No attention, duty of care or warm welcome given to my dog to make him feel comfortable like a usual vet would - just her horrible opinions that i did not ask for and trying to sell me a monthly payment plan! It seemed like she did not like her job and was forced to do it, do not be in a veterinary medical position if you cant fulfil your duty of care towards animals and just treat it like a money making business!! 😡

Tyla and Callum were absolutely incredible — the perfect duo! Tyla’s soothing voice worked wonders on my usually fussy dogs, who were surprisingly calm and actually got their nails clipped with no fuss. She was so positive, supportive, and gentle throughout. Both Tyla and Callum were professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience stress-free. So grateful for their help!

Our cat has been registered here since 2021. Great reception team which is helpful and knowledgeable as well as the clinical team - thanks to Tyler, Barbara and Morgan (the vet doctors we've seen) who were professional in checking and explaining. Annual care plan is worth it as you get the annual booster vaccinations included plus flea & worm prescriptions for the year and also a couple of appointments either with nurse or vet covered as part of it should the need arise.

Everyone was absolutely lovely! They took such good care of my cat and the nurse even sang a little song for him to help him be less scared! One of the nicest vet experiences I’ve had and I 100% recommend them
