Feltham Vets4Pets Ltd

Feltham Vets4Pets Ltd is part of the Vets4Pets group. The practice is set up for routine small-animal care and nurse-led support, with veterinary nurse training listed in its clinic data. Recent feedback remains mostly very positive, especially around welcoming staff, calm handling of nervous pets, and patient support for owners, though there are a few sharply critical reviews about one vet’s manner and one negative comment about the reception experience.

Services

•Routine appointments for cats and dogs: Owners mention visits for cats and dogs, including Ragdolls, Maine Coons, and anxious dogs who needed extra reassurance during appointments.
•Nurse-led support and general guidance: Nail clipping is specifically praised, with usually fussy dogs staying calm throughout, and reviews also mention helpful support with enquiries and first-pet guidance, including care-plan information and next steps for a new kitten.
•Treatment for smaller pets: One recent review praises Phoebe for thorough, caring treatment of a rabbit with an ear infection.
•Surgery and stress-aware handling: Reviews describe thoughtful follow-up after surgery, including trying to avoid a pet associating a favourite vet with a distressing experience.
•Preventive care: An annual care plan is mentioned in reviews as including booster vaccinations, year-round flea and worm treatment, and some nurse or vet appointments if needed.
•Veterinary nurse training facility: Listed in the clinic’s structured data.

Pricing

Published prices suggest the clinic sits around average, based on a partial sample of comparable services. Reviews mention an annual care plan covering booster vaccinations, flea and worm treatment for the year, and some nurse or vet appointments, although no detailed pound-price list is available here. Pricing comments are mixed: some owners describe the plan as worthwhile and helpful, while a small number felt a monthly plan was pushed too strongly.

People

•Vicki: Repeatedly praised for helping cats feel unusually calm and comfortable during appointments; one newer review appears to refer to her as “Wiki.”
•Tyla: Frequently highlighted for being patient, gentle, and very helpful, both during nail-clipping visits and when answering owner enquiries.
•Callum: Praised alongside Tyla for a professional, welcoming, stress-free visit.
•Phoebe: Thanked for thorough and caring treatment of a rabbit with an ear infection.
•Kyla/Kyra: Mentioned by a first-time pet owner as knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the care plan and next steps for a new kitten.
•Tyler, Barbara and Morgan: Named by one owner as vets who checked pets carefully and explained findings clearly.
•Felisa: Named in a small number of strongly negative reviews about manner and discussions around a monthly plan.

Reviews

Google rating: 4.5/5 from 267 reviews.

•Recent feedback is mostly positive, with owners describing the team as friendly, welcoming, professional, and willing to take time over questions rather than rushing appointments.
•A strong recurring theme is calm, pet-centred handling, especially for nervous animals; examples include relaxed nail clipping for fussy dogs, very calm cat appointments, and careful handling around surgery and recovery.
•Several staff members are singled out for praise, especially Vicki/Wiki, Tyla, Callum, Phoebe, and Kyla/Kyra for their patience, knowledge, and reassuring manner.
•Negative comments are in the minority, but they include two matching 1-star reviews criticising Felisa’s manner and one separate review that was unhappy with the location and reception experience.

Popped into Vets for Pets in Feltham today to get some advise about our first pet and the services they do. Kyla (or possibly Kyra sorry I have forgotten ) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She talked us through the care plan, next steps, timescales and the things we need in place for our new kitten. She took plenty of time with us and didn't rush even though we had lots of questions. Thank you ever so much, we came away having a much clearer picture of what we need to do next and we will be using their services in the very near future.

Wiki has been absolutely brilliant with my dog and I can’t thank her enough . The care I have received from her has been outstanding. All the staff here have gone above and beyond to care for my dog. Thank you so much!

Not a great location for a vet practise!! Right next to a ‘ doggie groom room’ and the shop floor. Not great for nervous pets especially cats. The reception staff were incredibly offish and seemed inexperienced. It did not make me feel comfortable about bringing my poorly Pet there . Do not recommend

I have been taking my cats to the same Veterinary Practice for 30+ years and due to a new vet, my cats have been traumatised by their actions and even losing one of my 2 year old white Maine Coons who was very healthy and happy with his two brothers and my other cats. So making the decision to transfer after so long is not only daunting but it's for the cats first and foremost. But choosing Feltham was the best decision I have made in a long time. The reception staff are so welcoming, polite, friendly, compassionate and reassuring that your pets are as important to you as they are at this practice. I have taken two of my female Ragdolls and one of my female Maine Coons to see Vicki and OMG I am amazed on how comfortable my girls were during the appointment and after. Vicki has a gift and I have never seen my girls this happy ever with anyone else. I have asked if Vicki can be super glued to the practice. I have yet to experience the vets, but I have no hesitation in making an appointment when required. Please give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

They really care about my little Luna and I feel she is in the best hands here! They always have time, patience and empathy! There is one particular vet my Luna loves and they always do their best to ensure she is the vet Luna gets to see, and they even made sure that when Luna had surgery and was in great distress that she didn't see the vet she likes so she doesn't associate her with something negative. Pet-centred care at it's best!
