Always helpful and available for advice. I had only positive interactions in the 2.5 years since I first registered my cat. Always found a same day appointment if one of my cats was unwell. The vets and nurses are nice and kind and will explain everything in detail. And I love the care they show to my fur babies. Special thanks to Charlotte who I think is amazing, just so kind and so professional and after a visit I always feel calmer and reassured that everything will be fine. She always make it feel personal, and she remembers things from past visits which as a customer is a very nice thing to hear. Thank you very much for a great service!

I have been coming to Village Vet Chiswick for a few years now with my cat Tilly who turns 18 this month. The staff at the practice are consistently warm and friendly. We have always recieved good care and advice from the vets working here. Recently Tilly has been seen by vet Evie. Evie is gentle with Tilly and she treats us both with kindness and sensitvity. After years of exceptional care, we recently had Cookie’s final consultation at Village Vet before our move to Folkestone. It was a bittersweet reminder of just how special this practice truly is. We are so sad to be leaving, tears of sadness all round. From day one, the team here has gone above and beyond for Cookie. What sets Village Vet apart isn’t just their clinical expertise, it’s the genuine warmth and love they show every animal that walks through their door. Cookie has always been treated as if she were their own, and as a pet owner, that means everything. On our last visit, we were deeply touched to receive a beautiful farewell gift, a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly captures the heart this team puts into everything they do. We are registered patients at this clinic. On 13 June 2026, our dog had a grass seed (foxtail) embedded in his ear during a walk. He was clearly in distress, whimpering and anxious. We came in immediately as this was an emergency situation, but were turned away by the receptionist because we didn’t have an appointment. Refusing to see a distressed animal in an emergency is not acceptable especially for a registered patient. A grass seed left untreated can migrate deep into the ear canal and cause serious damage. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

We always receive the best service at village vet chiswick. Very happy with all the treatments and help. All the vets are very friendly caring and knowledgeable and always give us the best service. Just love that everyone is so friendly and we never have problems in getting appointments for our doggies . Highly recommended.

Me and my wife absolutely love this vet — it truly feels like home. The whole team is so kind and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. They take amazing care of your pets and genuinely treat them like family. We do have a cat, Skye, who doesn’t like going there 😂 … but we all know why!
