Fantastic team at Creature Comforts in Chiswick! Everyone is so nice. Also it’s been very easy to get an appointment within a day or two which was an issue with previous vet practices. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I’ve been to many vets over my 60 years of pet ownership and this one stands out for the friendly ambience, genuine care and compassion and a consultation that is both thorough, unhurried and professional. I’ve done much research on senior cats various ailments and medications and Emily was absolutely spot on with her suggestions and advice going forwards. Baker the Cat also received a complimentary gift pack of toys and food supplements as we left. It’s said that first impressions are usually reliable and my conclusion is that Creature Comforts are a pets Paradise of which I’ve just made Baker a member…. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We’ve been taking our dog Louis since they first opened, and they’ve been amazing from day one! The staff are absolutely brilliant, super friendly, helpful, and clearly love what they do. It’s always such a warm, welcoming vibe whenever we walk in (Louis practically drags us there!). They’ve always looked after him with so much care, and we couldn’t be more grateful or impressed. If your pet deserves the best (and of course they do!)this is the best place to go in the Chiswick area!

Update on most recent visit to Chiswick to see Dr Penny. A hugely warm welcome from the team who all recognised jetta my dog and me even thought they aren’t our local vet we only go to see Dr Penny, Jetta’s orthopaedic surgeon. Everything runs on time, clean, modern practice. Everyone makes time for toy. Delighted to have sign off after major TPLO surgery 4 months ago. Dr Penny was extremely clear on what was expected of us as owners and carers following surgery and without this I doubt Jetta would have made such a miraculous recovery. The team are extremely friendly and always offer a drink on arrival. They are all very kind to my dog. The clinic is clean and modern. Dr Penny is excellent, no nonsense but also realistic. The staff at the Chiswick clinic go above and beyond for Stanley. He feels very comfortable and loves his little treat every time he visits. Highly recommend the All Access Membership. Five stars as always! Montague (Monty) never misses a chance to stop at Creature Comforts whenever we pass by — it’s his favorite place! Today, even though it was closed and the team was just wrapping up for the day, Monty still made a beeline for the door. A lovely member of staff noticed him and, to his delight, kindly let him in. Of course, he ran straight for the treat bar! Thank you to the Creature Comforts team for always being so welcoming and kind. You make every visit special — even when Monty doesn’t have an appointment!

Archie, our gorgeous cocker spaniel had a vasectomy, Penny, was the skilled vet who performed the procedure. Having read lots of information around neutering - we preferred our dog to have a vasectomy - amongst other advantages it keeps his hormones intact which has many health benefits - whilst common in humans, a vasectomy is not frequently performed in dogs. We needed someone competent and with experience - the Barnet practice went out of their way to way to find a vet within their group. Otherwise it would have involved travelling to Leeds. He also had a full scale and polish. The vet surgery is set up similar to a calming spa! It smells divine. It looks every bit as good as their photos. The reception staff are more than welcoming, caring and competent. The surgeon, Penny, took her time to explain everything in a pre-op consultation and immediately post-op by telephone and a further in-person consultation post operation. She was extremely thorough. Recommend the “suit” instead of a “cone of shame” The staff sent a photo of Archie - post op to assure us of his well being. We have signed up as a “member” - this demonstrates their level of care and attention to our lovely boy.
