We’ve had a really positive experience with the Creature Comforts Chiswick team. Sandra and everyone there are caring, reliable and genuinely attentive to the dogs they look after. Santo is only one and full of energy, while Lula is 14 and needs a gentler approach, so it means a lot to us that both are looked after so well and according to their individual needs. The best recommendation probably comes from the dogs themselves — whenever we walk past, they both try to head straight inside! Although, to be fair, the treats might have something to do with it. 😂 It gives us complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. A lovely, trustworthy team that we would happily recommend to anyone looking for excellent pet care..

Just became a member and came for first appointment for my cat, the staff were all so lovely and our appointment with Jo was great she really made my nervous cat at ease and had lots of advice and answered my questions. I couldn’t recommend this practice more.

I cannot thank the team at Creature Comforts Chiswick enough! My Border Collie, Meg, has always been nervous about going to the vets and never enjoyed her visits in the past. However, the staff here are so incredibly patient and caring! Between the lovely atmosphere and the endless supply of treats and tennis balls, she actually enjoys coming to see them now! I highly recommend them to any owners with nervous pets! 💜

If you’re looking for a vet in the area look no further, Creature Comforts is the best. We’ve now been to a couple consultations with different vets and they’re all so lovely. Whether it’s a routine examination or a vaccine, they always share all the information we need to know and they’re so loving and kind to our little kitten!💜

I had a very bad experience with my little cat and had to rush him to the vets. I live in Chiswick so we took him to creature come first I saw Nina she was so amazing with my little cat. We had to go back and Nina saw him again and unfortunately Tiggy had to go the the cat heaven in the sky. I must say the staff were wonderful made us feel it was the correct decision for him We can’t thank them enough for there kindness and support given to us from the staff I would recommend them as the best.
