Absolutely wonderful vets. They took such good care of my darling girl when I had to sadly say good bye. It was heartbreaking but they were so patient and sympathetic and helped me every step of the way. I can't thank you enough.

A great vet hospital. A little bit expensive but will organise payment plans and insurance.

I cannot rate, praise and recommend highly enough! The receptionist was very friendly and helped to ease my worries. The veterinarian was above and beyond. She knew how to calm my cat,Misty. She kept chirping at her, reassuring her and praising her. Very helpful for assessing and treating my anxious cat. She gave her a thorough examination, blood test and effective treatment. Throughly professional, calming and knowledgeable. I felt very reassured my cat was in the best hands. Thank you very much.

I asked them to send me the invoice but they never did. I needed this because my regular vets who had made false claims as to how the charges worked would need the invoice. I emailed and I asked over the phone it was promised me but none was given.

I wouldn't hesitate to give 5 stars to the wonderful vet and receptionist who were so kind when caring for my dog and amazingly helpful to me as I had a baby in tow. However, the costs at this vet are absolutely extortionate and for that I give it 2 stars. The appointment was £65 - not bad I agree, the cost for the medication was £100 - for ear drops that are sold online for £10 and steroids - which are 84P each online and I paid for 6.... You can do the maths yourself but it's incredibly upsetting to be taken advantage of when you are trying to care for your sick pet. I understand markups are a necessity to run a business but this is a bitter pill to swallow. I was also informed that if I wanted to pay for the prescription and buy the medicine online, it would be £40. That feels exceptionally high, given the competitor vet in the area charges £15 for a prescripition and my previous vet, who was very reputable in Blackheath and I only moved from due to moving house, charged £20. I just hope that the company pays the vets and receptionist a very good salary given how much money they make off pet owners.

Thank you to Rosie and Tracey at ParkVets Chislehurst. Hugo my 4 year old spaniel is EXTREMELY anxious dog and they both we so kind and attentive to him, and also made me feel less awkward! Thank you so very much for making his visit so much easier. Highly recommend the team at ParkVets Chislehurst

Took our dog to Chislehurst Park Vets on Saturday afternoon, pre booked and I was nervous for our dog as she had an ear infection. Rosie the vet was so calm and understanding and explained exactly what she would be doing to drain fluid from our dog’s ear due to a haematoma which had developed. I left feeling relieved not just for me but for our dog! We are lucky to have a good vet close by.

I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.
