I had a fantastic experience here. My cat had been suffering with an exposed root and tooth resorption and I tried taking him to Medivet Hayes and Richmond but apparently not a single Vet there could figure out what was wrong with him. Bear in mind I already paid upwards of a thousand pound at this point. I took him then to this vet and the FIRST DAY they figured out what it was and fixed his dental issues and accepted a dental plan too! I understand some people have negative experiences either at this practice or somewhere else and i can only talk about my own experience. but honestly they got the job done and he can now eat and yawn again so I’m really pleased with my experience. Thank you so much for helping my cat! Also a special shoutout to Dr Konstantin for helping my cat and competing the procedure!!

Amazing people. We were on the Lizzie line to Heathrow and found this tick on my dog’s forehead. Came off the train and run to the other one but obviously the other one moved away. Called this vet immediately and they waited for me even if they are closing, I’m so grateful of these guys!

I was very well looked after at petwell house. From the moment we walked into reception we got great service and even later in the day reception called to give me feedback on my dog, she was amazing. Very heartwarming. The vet was just the best. First time meeting our vet and she was simply amazing. Very friendly and approachable and kind towards pets. Was very well looked after. Thank you
