I couldn't recommend this lovely vet clinic enough. I registered my cat with them when I came to the area but luckily she had been healthy enough I didn't need to visit. However, I lately rescued a stray cat and Katie and Ally at the clinic were incredible with him - Ally checked him over with so much kindness and concern while Katie made lots of effort to find his owners, all out of the goodness of their hearts. I was so impressed!

We can whole heartedly say we love our vet! It’s hard to find a vet you can trust and we trust them here. Both Dr Alison and Gemma who is front of house are brilliant. We can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of our cats. It’s clear they really do care about our animals! Our 16 year old has recently gotten over cancer thanks to everyone at village vet and their referral to Aura Vetinary. They even gave us support throughout that time and conducted the pre-op care and after care. This is our main branch but we’ve also used their out of hours services and emergency hospitals in Winchmore Hill and Hampstead which we’ve found gives peace of mind that we can always access treatment if necessary. Every member of staff we’ve come into contact with has been exemplary, even their locum’s have been excellent! Special mention to our favourite nurses Kate and Heidi and Dr Alice who have also treated our furry family members. Bottom line is we know we’re safe with everyone here and that they’ll do whatever they can to help.
