My mum's little Jackapoo was referred to Elizavet with severe Pancreatitis. They were so kind and patient in explaining what was needed and why. We were terribly upset thinking there's no way we could pay but they explained their 0% finance which made it manageable. I am so grateful for the care they took with our little dog who is beloved by our family and how compassionate they were with all of us. I cannot recommend Elizavet enough X

Elizavet looked after my little dog beautifully with so much love, care & professionalism. She was very ill with pancreatitis on admission & they did everything necessary to get her out of pain & treat her back to health. Throughout the process they were very caring towards my daughter & I who were very upset, kept us informed throughout the treatment and when our dog was discharged we were thoroughly informed of how to care for her condition, given medication & a plan in place moving forward with follow up care available. I can't recommend Eliz@vet enough. We didn't have insurance & they very sensitively offered us an interest free finance loan that was manageable and the costs were very reasonable. Every step of the way I knew my little dog was in the hands of very skilled professionals and a lovely & very supportive practice manager was the icing on the cake.

I can’t thank Arietta and Dario enough for the incredible care they gave my dog, Gaya. What started as routine visits turned into a long and stressful medical journey when she developed serious urinary problems. Thanks to their dedication, thorough investigations, and persistence, they identified the issue and supported her through two surgeries, including the removal of a bladder polyp. Throughout the entire process they were extremely professional, compassionate, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. During those months, the clinic truly became our second home. Thanks to them, Gaya recovered and is now doing well. I will always be grateful for their expertise, patience, and kindness. I couldn’t recommend them more.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to the entire Elizavet team who expertly looked after my cat Bear. He had a very complicated serious infection requiring round the clock care and a week overnight with the team. Daily updates, photos and the chance to visit him in a special room set up for us made the whole thing much more bearable and my cat is nearly ready to adventure outside again! Even the aftercare when we went home was phenomenal over the last few weeks and I would recommend anyone to become a client/patient. I just wish I lived more locally to be a permanent patient but if we get into trouble with something complicated again, I know exactly where to go. Thank you!!

We would like to share our experience with ElizaVet. When our beloved cat Desiderio first became unwell last summer, he suddenly stopped eating and became very weak with jaundice. Several vets we spoke to told us the best option was to put him to sleep because of his age (16 years old). We were devastated but wanted one final opinion. That was when we found ElizaVet. We contacted them late on a Sunday night and they kindly gave us an appointment on Tuesday morning. After a brief consultation with Dr. Arietta, Desi was admitted to the hospital immediately. With tube feeding and IV fluids, he recovered very quickly. After stabilising him, the team performed an ultrasound and biopsy. Desi handled the anaesthesia very well and was discharged just two days later. He recovered remarkably well at home. Although the biopsy confirmed small T-cell lymphoma, he responded well to the treatment and was able to cope with chemotherapy and steroids. Unfortunately, towards the end his kidneys began to fail rapidly and he developed pancreatitis. Even with further IV fluids and treatment, this time the damage could not be reversed. Everyone at ElizaVet truly cares about animals and treats every patient with compassion and dedication, regardless of age. They never gave up on Desi simply because he was an older cat. That meant everything to us because we wanted to be sure we had done everything possible for him before letting him go. Yes, advanced care is not cheap, but it was worth every penny. In fact, when we eventually had to say goodbye to Desi, the clinic kindly reduced a large part of our bill without us even asking. They also did not charge us for the euthanasia. Their advanced care and hospital stay were also more reasonably priced than we expected compared to many other clinics. Dr. Arietta and Dr. Dario are extremely experienced surgeons, and the whole team — including Cristina, Nicole, the nurses and caretakers — showed incredible kindness and dedication. We loved Desiderio to our bones, and thanks to ElizaVet we know we truly did everything possible for him. He will stay forever in our hearts. And thanks to ElizaVet, we feel more confident that one day we can welcome another pet into our lives, knowing they will be in such caring and capable hands.

This review has been long overdue. My dog suffered cruciate ligament damage, and Dr Dario and his team were absolute lifesavers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The level of care and the technology at the clinic are unmatched. TPLO surgery was completed, followed by hydrotherapy and physiotherapy sessions. My dog is now walking perfectly again, and it’s all thanks to Dr Dario and the team. Thank you for everything you’ve done!

Dario and the wonderful team saved our greyhounds life when she was going downhill fast. I had been told by another vet that the operation wouldn’t work and was therefore not worth trying. Speaking to Dario though, who is a surgeon himself, he knew exactly what was needed. He is so knowledgeable and caring and kept the cost down for us, it meant we could afford to save our beloved dog. I thank you all at Eliza vets from the bottom of my heart. Nellie is recovering amazingly well, and is nearly back to her old self.

We had our cockapoo spayed today at Elizavet and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff pre and post op were incredibly friendly, attentive and informative. It was a really quick and smooth process. We took her in for 8:45 and had a call at 11:00 to say all had gone well and she was in recovery. Thank you so much for taking care of her and making her comfortable. We would definitely recommend Elizavet!

Eliza Vets have been amazing with Gandalf and his leg surgery, I am so pleased with how well his surgery went and his recovery is going so well. Vet Dairo and the nurse team take time and care to ensure you completely understand surgical procedures and the reasoning behind them. Dr Dairo even demonstrated using 3d models and the screen exactly what he was going to do, and the company he would use to order the prosthetic parts. The vets is spotless and the atmosphere is very calm, Dr Dairo is very knowledgeable and confident which reassured me and placed me at ease that Gandalf was in good hands. I was very nervous to do the surgery. At my request Eliza vets took care of administration with the insurers, kept me well informed and updated, and the nurse team who took care of the discharge were so friendly, highly knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I was happy that they made sure Gandalf was only discharged when he was ready and settled, and were so flexible about pick up time. I would highly recommend them!
