Cannot fault this team at all. They had great customer service on the phone and kept me updated of how long a vet would be. EnéA-Lys was so lovely and very patient with my cat, the visit didn't seem rushed at all. The day after and 3 days after the call out a member of the team called to check that I'd received the report and to see how my cat was getting on. I really appreciated those calls, feels like they care too.

My dog was very unwell, when I arrived home on a Saturday evening after work. I called Veteris after being recommend by a friend who is a vet but was unavailable at the time. From the initial call these folk were professional and reassuring. My dog stayed over night, was tested and treated. The nurses and vet on that Saturday night at midnight were calm and reassuring - she was in good hands. I picked her up at 7am on Sunday morning, with intense relief and gratitude. She’s back to normal now. Thank you to veteris for the fantastic care we received.

We had a great experience with Veteris. Our cat got attacked by another one and was in too much pain to be transported, Veteris sent us Rita who was super friendly and professional. She treated our boy with patience and made sure we understood all the steps we had to take for his full recovery. We are very grateful and the boy is doing amazingly, thank you!

Our dog Aston was suddenly hospitalized at Veteris Clapham for two and a half days, and it was one of the hardest experiences for us. The whole team was exceptional, they kept us updated at every stage and showed so much kindness and professionalism. Thanks to their care, Aston was able to come back home. Although we learned he has a degenerative heart problem, he is happy and we are doing our very best for him. We are incredibly grateful for the way they looked after him and supported us through such an intense time. We cannot thank them enough. Massive thanks to the whole team. All the vets and nurses, reception. Louis, Natasha sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but we received an outstanding service. You saved our dog’s life ❤️ here is a photo of him back to normal
