Took my dieing cat in to see the vet david, he was drunk and gave bad advice, cat passed on, took my new kitten in, made absolutely sure with staff even just before appointment wouldn't be seeing the drunk, but he tried to scam me into seeing him even attempting to hold the door closed so we couldn't leave,WHATEVER YOU DO,DO NOT USE THIS PRACTISE.

Not impressed with this vet. If I could give less than one star I would do that. Anyone with a pet knows how expensive vet bills and medication is. I don't think it's too much of an ask to expect the TWO vets to come up with a solution TWO weeks down the line when all the while my poor dog is extremely uncomfortable and battling to breathe! At the very least if the TWO vets can't assist they should at least have the courtesy to tell me to go somewhere else. Don't make my dog suffer for TWO weeks without any solution or even a hint of a solution!

Myself and family been coming here for all our pets over 7 years. Sometimes depending on the mood of the vet, David, who sometimes can be nice and compassionate, then can be prickly and rude on an instant. No full clear advice given and appeared disgruntled when asked various questions on how to assist with cat's recovery. Abrupt, condescending short answers. Agree with other reviews....prices are not clear with information concealed or maybe arrogance has taken over the ability to speak in a kind and professional manner. Receptionist at Neasden branch is ever so slow and took forever to deal with a transaction and provide copy of invoice. Recently called a different vet, whom has never met myself or pet and they gave indepth quality information on what to expect, how to support cat through recovery, the length of time to maintain prescription food and how/when to wean off onto a normal diet. Didn't get this valuable and friendly advice from David. Please treat your customers with due care and diligence. Good customer service does make a difference and goes a long way. Please train and update your receptionists adequately. Please be mindful of your behaviour and manner towards your customer's, who help to keep you in business.

Overall good service. Staff always nice and supportive. Although disappointed with informations regarding prices. I called them to ask about the cost of blood test for cat. I was told that it will costs £98. I took my cat for the test and after all when it came to payment I was charged over £150. Over the phone when I asked for the cost I was not told that I have to pay £43 for consultations and £15 for blood collection which came as a surprise.

I’ve been there with my two cats for neutering. Both times I was very welcome and the staff was always very kind and supportive. They give all the information before and after surgery. Doctor Patrick is amazing and kind explained everything in person. Different of some clinics that I left a high amount of money before and all the information came from reception and flyers to read .

Been taking my cats to David's surgery since 2001, he is a very experienced vet, with a friendly staff team. I've always found him very professional, compassionate and helpful. If you are looking for a vet I would highly recommend him.
