Staff friendly and knowledgeable, sorry I didnt get their names. The vet was very kind and caring when examining my cat. She answered any questions I had and was very understanding about the concerns I had. A treatment plan has been put in place for my senior cat which will hopefully help her to get better. Thank you 09/01/2026. I and my cat continue to receive excellent service from all the team here at Kenton. They are caring, explain ongoing treatment plans for the treatment of my cat's diabetes, including explaining the cost and breaking it down so I know what I am paying for and why. I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else. I am very satisfied with the care my cat receives.

Absolutely 5 star service have nothing but praise and gratitude for all their help when my Pomeranian had puppies they stayed on the phone and supported me while I supported my dog thank you so much

I’ve been trying to book both of my cats in for their vaccinations and health checks, which I pay for monthly, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Medivet Kenton. When I called the Kenton branch directly, my call was somehow transferred to Hendon without anyone informing me. At no point did anyone explain that calls could be automatically redirected. I live five minutes from the Kenton practice and have always attended this branch, so it’s completely unreasonable to expect me to take two already scared and shivering cats all the way to Hendon at 6pm in the cold. When I questioned this, there was no apology, just a casual “oh, you’ve been booked into Hendon”. My cats are now overdue for their vaccinations and this mix up is affecting their health and wellbeing. I expect a proper apology and an email to arrange an appointment at Kenton as soon as possible. This situation is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

Always a great reception from the staff at Kenton. Sinclair is always attentive, supportive and informative. Our pet always has a gentle hand and lots of love when we visit. MEDIVET Kenton are our regular and trusted vets for many years.

first time going to a vet since im not an experienced cat owner, she's 1 year old so I was worried id get judged for not microchipping her yet. (or bringing her for any vet visits) however the staff were great, and really helped my cat feel very comfortable during the visit, along with us and told us about everything we needed to know!

I took my cat Hazel for a health check-up, and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the entire team at Medivet. The staff were welcoming, caring, and professional. A special thank you to Veterinarian Sanclair, who was exceptionally kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout Hazel’s check-up. It was clear that her comfort and wellbeing were the top priority, which means so much as a pet owner. Thank you again for your excellent care and compassion — we’re very grateful!

The staff maybe very friendly but useless. Me and my partner don't want to even go to this place anymore as every visit in this Medivet is pointless. They cannot find any solutions. Each time they look for them in a medical book or research online in the front of us what shows how unknowledgeable they are. Last visit we paid £230 for a test and the results we supposed to get on the begining of the last week. No results and no money. This please is a waste of time
