Took my new kitten in for vaccinations and he was very well looked after. Excellent advice and information from both vet and nurse regarding treatment and care. Very friendly staff. I had used them before for a previous cat and knew I had to go back when I had a new pet. Never disappointed!

Our German Shepherd had his 6 monthly check-up, I can’t recall the Vet’s name, but he was thorough, knowledgeable & polite, as was Kerry, the receptionist & another female member of staff that we met on leaving. We have been with this Practice for over 10 years & we will definitely continue to do so. Within the coming year, my daughter hopes to get 2 puppies & no doubt they will be registered at this Practice. Keep up the excellent work! Sue & Karl

This review is not about today or yesterday it’s about many years of experience with Naomi Hosker and the care she has given to our dogs. Over the past almost 8-9 years, we have had three dogs, and Naomi has always been the most responsible, caring, and professional vet we have ever had. Having owned some very large and sometimes challenging breeds, it has always been incredibly important to me and my partner to have a vet who is confident, capable, and able to manage them properly. Naomi Hosker has always been exactly that.🙏🙏🙏 She has always been supportive,, and genuinely caring towards our dogs. We have complete trust in her, and we would always go back to her without hesitation. My partner and I feel very lucky to have had a vet like Naomi. Rude and aggressive receptionist. I told her I was moving out of London and I had to cancel my monthly pet-plan payments with them. I was told bluntly that I would have to pay the amount owing to the year end otherwise debt collectors would be at my door! How unbelievably unprofessional. I'm actually glad that I am leaving them - money grabbing, rude and wholly unprofessional. AVOID THIS VETERINARY PRACTICE
