Rude and aggressive receptionist. I told her I was moving out of London and I had to cancel my monthly pet-plan payments with them. I was told bluntly that I would have to pay the amount owing to the year end otherwise debt collectors would be at my door! How unbelievably unprofessional. I'm actually glad that I am leaving them - money grabbing, rude and wholly unprofessional. AVOID THIS VETERINARY PRACTICE

Avoid this vet practice—it’s not worth the risk. My first appointment was scheduled for 10:30, and I arrived at 10:10, well on time. Around 10:20, someone with a dog finished their appointment, so I expected to be called in next. However, an elderly lady with a cat walked in and was taken in immediately. I assumed her appointment was earlier and would be finished by 10:30. But no—that appointment dragged on until 10:50. When I was finally seen, the vet rushed through my appointment so quickly that it didn’t feel worth the £70 I paid. I went specifically for the FeLV vaccination, but the vet hurriedly told me that the core vaccines they had would protect my pet for outdoor exposure—which is incorrect.

Both our dogs go here when they need to and so far they have always helped us when we need them. They are a great vet who treat our King Poodle and German shepherd with top care
