Utter disgrace. Had appoint for cat consultation for pre ops for castration. Doc said mom can't speak English well so can't go ahead with consultation. I told her I can come in now in 1 min as I live next door but was told that someone already took the spot. They failed to mention that during the booking. Disclination against people who can't speak English like a native.
