I phoned early in the morning and got a same day appointment. The vet was very friendly and saw us on time. They resolved the issue and gave some much needed reassurance. They also did a thorough examination which meant that we left feeling happy and confident that our hamster was comfortable.

Easy to get an emergency appointment, nice friendly staff and the vet was very understanding. Doggo had poorly leg which was examined and treated without him stressing.
