Great veterinary practice! Excellent care and customer service! Our rescue charity has been using this practice for the last 3 years, we wouldn't entrust our rescues anywhere else now.

And again I cannot fault the support, care and empathy shown by all at Parkside, not least the vet Nikki. We had played telephone tennis with her for most of the afternoon but she stayed late yesterday evening to speak to us and give us the results of the recent tests and advice on next steps, pragmatic practical and with a focus on how best to treat our cat on a budget. I could not fault their professionalism and the attentive care given.

I would definitely recommend a friend/family because they are very good am gentle with pets I have cat an was very gentle with her even though the cat looked cross they went round the pet to make her feel at ease .. I was worried about my cat so brang her in for check up. They definitely made me feel reassured an at ease ... Lovely clean environment an lovely helpful staff at the reception too
